This is the perfect family or vacation retreat location. Comfortably furnished, any amenity you could ask for... this is the vacation spot you will return to year after year. This two story townhouse is located within a beautifully landscaped complex which frames a grassy courtyard perfect for kids' active lifestyles or adults' lounging and barbecuing. At the center of the courtyard sits a large adult pool with an adjoining kids pool. The beach is a short 5 minute walk from your front door. Local owners are happy to provide recommendations for island activities, food, shopping, etc. The unit is furnished "like home" - with all the important touches: afghans for chilly nights, laundry baskets to help keep organized, ceiling fans in every room, a TV within every room, comfortable beds in each room, etc. Additional amenities within the unit include the gorgeous new tile floor, beach towels and toys, and new appliances in the kitchen. We want you to have a GREAT vacation!
Attractions within walking distance include Coligny Plaza (site of
food, entertainment, music and shopping), a kids' water fun park,
miniature golf, many bars and restaurants with live music and
entertainment, the famous Tiki Hut beach bar with live music day and night, and of course, the beach. Sea Pines Plantation, with its world famous golf course, sightseeing, horse farm, incredible shopping, alligator "adventures" and miles of bike trails is just a short bike ride or car ride away.
South Forest Beach is the perfect place to vacation - everything is centrally located and the beaches are never too crowded. Historic Bluffton is a 30 minute drive away, Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah are also well within day-trip range.

We just returned from a nice vacation at this condo. It was just as pictured. The beds were very comfy and you dont always get that with rental properties.. It was a short walk to the beach and not so far that you couldnt walk to Coligney Plaza. The pool was nice and never over crowded. The only downside if there was one was not internet but that was not a deal breaker at all. Working with Tom was the best. He did everything he could to make sure my friend and I had a great stay. I would highly recommend dealing with him for rentals.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
