Our Key West style Condo is a immaculate one bedroom; ground floor unit located in a new resort on the Intracostal Waterway of Indian Shores. The resort property is beautifully landscaped and has private deeded beach access leading to the white sands of the Gulf. Enjoy the heated pool, private fishing dock and gas grills just a few steps from your door!
The Condo is professionally decorated with white rattan furnishings, ceramic tile floors, and crown molding. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa and an entertainment center with a 27 inch TV/DVD/VCR connected to cable. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, large closet, ceiling fan, TV/DVD and French doors which lead to the Florida room. The bathroom has an open linen closet and an extra large walk-in tiled shower. The kitchen has granite countertops, full size refrigerator (with ice maker), ceramic stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils you need to prepare meals at your leisure.
The Condo is centrally located on the Gulf coast in the Tampa area, between Clearwater and St. Petersburg. The renowned Salt Rock Grill is located directly next door. Many other top of the line restaurants are located nearby. Smugglers Cove Miniature Golf, Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Town Square Nature Park and Tiki Gardens are all within walking distance. The Suncoast Trolley stop is located across the street and runs from Clearwater Beach to John’s Pass and Pass-A-Grille Beach. Florida’s famed theme parks are close by; Busch Gardens/Adventure Island is a 45 minute drive and Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World are just 90 minutes away.

You all have done a wonderful job decorating and adding little touches throughout the place to make it comfortable. While we were here we drove to John's pass to take a dolphin cruise. We saw 12 dolphins including a mama and a baby. We ate at Crabby Bill's one evening (great food!). We enjoyed your grill and kitchen where we found everything we needed. Our family spent lots of time playing the games that you all provided. Thank you for helping our family have a much needed restful vacation.

Comment from our guestbook. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your gorgeous condo! It was the perfect location and the perfect vacation. Our first day we watched the space shuttle launch only 2.5 hours away! We had a great time at John's Pass, shopping and then dinner & drinks at the Hut! We spent a day and a half at Honeymoon Island searching for shells and enjoying the sun. We rented bikes from Mr. Buddy's bikes - great deal for a day bike rental. We rode the Pinellas Trail and the next morning went along the beach. We has wonderful food at Guppy's and PJ's. We are not far from Orlando and spent a day at Universal Studios and also hit Busch Gardens for a day trip - loved the white tigers!. Thanks again for making our day special. We cannot wait to come back!
