This elegant apartment is located in the 11th district few steps away from the Opera-Bastille, designed by the very important architect Carlos Ott and characterised by its glass façade and the use of identical materials inside and outside.
Our apartment is at third floor (via elevator from the first French floor). It consists of a wide sitting room, a dining room communicating with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, toilette.
The 35 square meters sitting room is furnished by a three place, non convertible sofa, a sofa convertible bed for one people, a low table, and a desk: cable TV, high speed Internet connection and telephone are available for the guests.
The dining room show a round table for a four to six people and it is in open connection with a kitchen equipped four-burner range, traditional oven, washing machine, drying machine, dishwater, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, cookware and utensils, etc.). The dining room can become a bedroom in the night because of a sofa convertible for two people.
The bedroom provides a double bed (140 x 200) adjoining a bathroom offering sink, tub with standing shower; the toilet is in a separate room. This apartment renovated in 2005 can receive up to five people and it is perfect for a family with two to three children.
