Tom and I are boating enthusiast and native Floridians. On a visit to Key West, we took a spontaneous look at the real estate market and immediately knew this place was for us. The first impression is WOW, this is a million dollar view. We call it our piece of paradise and you'll find it extremely difficult to leave.

Location, location, location, easy deepwater ocean access to both Atlantic and Gulf for the ultimate best in fishing, diving, snoreling or sightseeing. Boat ramp on property for smaller vessels or nearby public boat ramps for convenient launching.

Boat ramp launch makes boating and jet skiing extremely convenient. We highly recommend a snorkel trip to Looe Key Reef, only 4miles off shore. My daughter and I with catch of the day!

Everything about the listing and owners were accurate, they just did not say how wonderful they and their rental was.... so thats up to me:) So easy to work with, house very clean, totally equipped kitchen, and WHAT VIEWS....neighbors nice and helpful. Easy access to the gulf and right on the Atlantic. Everything you need to make life good is included, its just up to you to have the FUN... We love all the local restaurants, and the relaxed life style. Centrally located key, close to Key West and shopping for daily needs and purchases on Big Pine Key (don't forget the flea market on that key). Can't wait to get back down there and take our friends and family.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We stayed at this home in Sept. and it certainly exceeded our already high expecations....The view was breathtaking on the lovely patio, very relaxing...my husband and I would sit for hours with a glass of wine!!! The home was decorated beautifully with high end modern conveniences...We really enjoyed it and look forward to going back!!! We had a great time

We had a wonderful time at your home. The house was comfortable, with all modern amenities. The view of the open water was beautiful, and we enjoyed spending our evenings grilling out on the deck and nights looking up at the stars. Summerland Key is a quiet, friendly community. Sugarloaf Food Company was just up the street-—a great place for cookies, coffee, and amazing sandwiches. It was an easy drive to Big Pine Key for charter boat and kayak adventures, and Key West was also close by. We went shopping, rented a scooter, toured Hemmingway's house, and enjoyed the sunsets. We are looking forward to visiting again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
