Tom and I are boating enthusiast and native Floridians. On a visit to Key West, we took a spontaneous look at the real estate market and immediately knew this place was for us. The first impression is WOW, this is a million dollar view. We call it our piece of paradise and you'll find it extremely difficult to leave.

Location, location, location, easy deepwater ocean access to both Atlantic and Gulf for the ultimate best in fishing, diving, snoreling or sightseeing. Boat ramp on property for smaller vessels or nearby public boat ramps for convenient launching.

Boat ramp launch makes boating and jet skiing extremely convenient. We highly recommend a snorkel trip to Looe Key Reef, only 4miles off shore.
