I'm sorry you found my house did not meet your expectations. I have alerted the cleaning group and the issue is resolved. The pool is crystal clear and ready for a swim. I always provide my phone number if there are issues that I need to be made aware of. Thanks for letting me know of the issues.

I spent 5 days at property with group of 12. Great location...but house was not very clean. Deck needs power washed and pool was not clean enough to swim in. When shower was used upstairs it leaked into the kitchen. Place needs some TLC.

We stayed for a week, great location, right on the beach. The house was ok, but somewhat worn down, especially the kitchen, it has been some time since it was redecorated.Plenty of ants in the kitchen and not overly clean, especially downstairs. When a rainstorm hit the area, there were several leaks. We were not able to use the pool for 3 days, as it was not properly cleaned and we were not able to get in contact with the on site caretakers, when the power disappeared. We were not able to get in contact with the owner until the next day.

We just spent a week here...14 family members. The pictures dont do this home justice. NOTHING is missing--beds, dishes,tv's for kids of all ages,Internet access,so many towels and sheets and pots and pans. Outside is incredible with the reserve right there--every sea bird you can imagine. Saw a flock of bright pink pelicans fly over one night. Fish, lots of sand dollars and great shelling. Publix is less than 5 minutes away for needs. Lots of unusual little shops nearby. This house has everything you could want ---sitting at dusk on the screened balcony with lots of chairs and a glass bar--the colors of the sunset. Wonderful, peaceful. Thank you for letting us come.
