This unit is across from the Gulf and one block to the start of the public beach (where pier 60 is) Make sure you google the address!
This is a newly-built, Bay Front condominium "2006". It has ten-foot ceilings and a huge balcony. You are directly on bay and across from the beach and a block to Clearwater public beach.
As you can see from the photos it is nicely furnished. This unit has a cabana at the pool. Bikes are provided at your own risk; once you arrive you can walk everywhere! (no need for the car)
There is a heated pool and jacuzzi. There is under building parking right next to the elevator. Clearwater Beach offers practically everything. You have the pier 60 sunset festival on the beach every night, which features, art and crafts, jugglers, bands, food, playground, etc. Parking will not be a problem because you can walk there.
Minature Golf is a Block south. Jet Ski rentals and Para-sailing are across the street. The main Clearwater Beach marina is about 4 blocks north. The Marina has plenty of boating activities: Pirate Ship, Sea Screamer, Dolphin Ecounter, fishing charters ect....
