We chose to purchase at Sterling because of its location; easy egress and ingress and because it is much quieter and less congested.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Once we arrive and smell the sea air and sound of the surf, we are truly relaxed!
Beautiful Sand Dune Beaches. Great place to spend a day on a picnic or fishing from the pier
Schooners is known for its live music and events. They claim to be the last Beach Bar in PCB.
Parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing. Great way to spend the day with the family. Rent a pontoon boat to Shell Island. Don't forget to pack a picnic.
Great fun for the whole family We go everytime we take our g-kids to the beach. Other than playing on the beach, this is their favorite activity. The kids are entertained the whole time and the adults can enjoy the tour.

Married with 6 grandchildren. We co-own our unit with another couple that share our same interest, Tony and Mary, . We love to travel and I enjoy playing golf. We go to the beautiful beach in Panama City as often as I can. I am excited that Southwest will be offering direct flights to PCB in early summer of 2010. Out primary residence is in Nashville, TN

My family loved this beautiful and spacious condo with spectacular views of the Gulf from the huge deck. In addition, the swimming pool, grill areas, grounds, and elevators were kept in excellent condition during our stay. We definitely recommend this unit and hope to return many times!!!!! I have stayed in at least 10 diff places in Panama City. This was by far my favorite. We will only stay here from now on. Condo was great and in pefect condition.

We had a great time in this condo over Memorial Day weekend. It was very spacious, and a great fit for us and our friends. We were amazed at how big the living space was, and loved the new carpet! The amount of open living space was ideal with three young children with us. We will definitely keep your place in mind for our future trips to the beach!
