First floor: Open dining room, kitchen, and livingroom area with fireplace; Guest bedroom with full bath. Laundry and storage room.
Second Floor - Master bedroom with bath and deck, Romp area with two small bedrooms (first with two twins; second with bunk bed and share full bath. Cathedral ceilings.
Harbor is great for small children to swim. You can moor your boat off the house, six miles to town. Close to Great Point fishing (need 4WD).
