Keywords: Apartment
Beautiful, bright and quiet one-bedroom apartment completely redecorated. Located on a small, typically Parisian street, you are just around the corner from the Arc de Triomphe and the wonderfully exciting Champs Elysées.
A modern lift brings you to the 4th floor.
Let me guide you into this flat organised for your comfort: I lived in it for many years before renting it out!
A large entrance hall with cupboards, to store your luggage, leads to the living room and the kitchen. The chest of drawers converts into a large dining table if needs be.
In the living room, a comfortable sofa (replaced in 2010) can be opened into a large double bed (55 inches wide). The television is there too. A large window overlooks the street and a lovely double sliding door leads you into the bedroom.
A large queen size bed (72 inches wide) awaits you there; it is surrounded by large cupboards to put your clothes in. A French window gives access to the balcony where you may smoke. Another door leads into the kitchen.
The kitchen has its own window. Very well equipped (dish washer, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and kettle), you can have your breakfast around the little marble table.
The bathroom is accessible from the kitchen. It also has its own window and is fitted with a washing basin under a large mirror and a bath tub with shower mixer and handset; so depending on the time at hand, you can have either a relaxing bath or a quick shower.
Note that it is possible to access the bathroom from both the bedroom and living room without disturbing the people in the other room, very confortable at night!
To discover this area on foot, climb to the top of the Arc to Triomphe where you will have an amazing view of Paris. Take a stroll in the romantic Parc Monceau, saunter over to one of the best Paris open air market on the rue Poncelet.
Finish the afternoon with a walk down the Champs Elysées for a relaxing glass of wine at the famous Fouquet’s. Do not forget to reserve you seat at the Lido Cabaret!
You can also enjoy some of the most tantalizing teas from around the world at Chez Mariages Frères as well as mouth-watering pastries, breads and croissants at the boulangeries and pastries just down the street.
The area is buzzing with restaurants for all tastes from the familiar McDonalds to the starred restaurant Guy Savoie. If you prefer fixing your own meals or experimenting with the French cuisine, the open air market as well as several super markets will give you the opportunity to impress your family and guests.
For transportation to the rest of Paris, you have easy access to the RER as well as three metro lines bringing you directly to such romantic settings as the Eiffel Tower, the Sacre Coeur Basilica, the Louvre, Notre Dame or... Disneyland Paris. It is an ideal apartment for a vacation in Paris.

My husband and I stayed at your flat for 9 days in May, for our honeymoon. We would like to say that we were very pleased with how friendly the staff was that met us, Jean Michel. We have already recommended your flat to a family friend, who plans on booking with you for a week in November. We just are so grateful to be in such a lovely place for over a week... that wasn't too expensive, that met all of our needs, and that allowed us to be so close to all the cities attractions. Thank you again for all of your help. -Jennifer Jacobus

The location for this apartment was ideal. There was a market just around the corner that provided us with a memorable breakfast every morning that we cooked in the apartment. The metro was a quick five minute walk that took us all over the city. Also, five minutes away was the Arc de Triumph and the Champs Elysees. The apartment had a phone and wi-fi that really helped us call home and stay in touch with friends. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of plates and dishes for the four of us. There was a couch that folded out into a bed that my friends said let them have a good night sleep. Our bed was great. The apartment is located on a street that seemed very quiet for the middle of Paris which allowed us to enjoy the fall weather with the windows open.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was comfortable, in a great location close to Metro, shops, restaurants and we were able to walk safely in the area. The apartment was clean and we loved food shopping at the close Poncelet marche down the road. There we could buy fresh produce - fantastic. Jean Michel was very helpful and accommodating. We would be very happy to recommend this apartment as a place to stay in Paris.

It was my first time in Paris and greatly enjoyed my stay because of this wonderfully outfitted apartment. It was truly a haven for my mother and I while in Paris. Jean-Michel was truly very pleasant and welcoming. The internet and phone service was a blessing in keeping us in touch with friends and family. We shopped for our own food at local stores and picked up fresh pastries around the corner, as well as great restaurants close-by. Perfect location as it is close to the metro but in a small street away from the noise of the big city so you can get a good-night's sleep. Felt safe walking back to the flat at night. A shuttle to the airport can be taken a few blocks away. I am just sorry I have not written this review sooner as I have very fond memories to my trip to Paris and this flat. Thank you Luc and Jean-Michel. -Monica

The apartment is only a few blocks from the Arch de Triumph and metro and railway stations. A great market is about two blocks away. Other restaurants, shops, etc are very close. The owner provided us with detailed instructions on getting from the airport to the apartment and was helpful with any questions. Apartment is spacious and quite comfortable.

I enjoyed four nights in the comfortable and well appointed flat close to the Arc de Triomphe. The area was "trés Parisienne": full of shops, restaurants, open markets etc. LIke being in a little village right in the heart of the city. With a Metro stop close by, all of Paris was at my door. For location and comfort, the flat definitely deserves 5 stars!
Owner response:I am very glad you enjoyed my flat and it's "vie de quartier" as we say here. Hope to welcome you another time there. Cordialement, Luc

We have visited Paris many times and were quite familoiar with the immdeiate area. The location could not be better and is convenient to everything, either with a short walk or metro. The apartment was everything advertised and very comfortable. Jean-Luc greted us on arrival and was most gracious and made us feel quite welcome. We enjoyed the apartment so much during our visit last December that we are in the process of making reservations to stay there again this December. Free phone service to the U.S. and internet service in the apartment was a welcome bonus. We would reccommend Luc's apartment to any smal family or group of friends, perfect for a romantic weekend.
Owner response:David, I am delighted you enjoyed your stay, thank you to have taken the time to share your enjoyement in this review. Hope to have the pleasure to welcome you again in December this year. Best regards Luc

We have just returned from four days in Paris and can highly recommend this property! We loved it. Superb location, the Air France coach service from the airport drops you just around the corner saving a fortune on taxis and the RER/metro station is a few minutes walk away. We could get straight on the RER direct to Disneyland with no changes. Jean-Michel greeted us as we arrived and was so helpful and polite. The apartment itself had everything you would need and I was delighted to say the bed was really comfortable! There are shops on your doorstep for groceries and essentials and a pizza/pasta restaurant facing the apartment. We were a family of three and the apartment was perfect. It was great having internet access and cable tv, and was able to phone home free of charge. Loved every minute of this holiday - thank you!

Everything was perfect, I couldn't expect more from this "séjour" in Paris. The house has everything you need, is clean, nice and typically French! Perfect location and surroundings, you can go everywhere by foot or by subway. The welcoming was great, Jean-Michel is really polite and friendly... he even sent me back the ipod i forgot! thanks for everything, can't wait to come back to Paris!
