Pets allowed (verify with owner). All new appliances, swimming pool. Three blocks to Waikiki Beach and Fort DeRussy. Half of a mile to Ala Moana. Kaiolu Sunrise is the best of Waikiki real estate.

RESERVATION AND BOOKING POLICY:
1) 1/2 month rent is due to hold the condo at time of booking.
2) Cleaning deposit - $200 Non-refundable. Refundable security deposit - 1/2 month's rent or $1500, whichever is less. Security deposits due 30 days before occupancy.
3) Rental for first month due 30 days before occupancy.
4) Cleaning and/or pet deposit due at check in.
5) Payments can be made by personal checks (drawn on U$ account), Money Order or by credit cards (Visa/MC only).

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
10% of total rent price will be charged if canceled, once the condo has been booked, dates confirmed and the deposit/retainer paid.
75% refund if canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival date.
50% refund if canceled 30-59 days prior to arrival date.
There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival or once checked in. We'll be happy to credit funds toward a future stay with us, if the condo is re-rented for the period you canceled.
