Two of the bedrooms have the bathrooms ensuite.The outdoor Terrace has comfortable lounge seating, stainless steel gas BBQ, dining for six persons, and a beautifully designed mosaic tile spa with waterfall. A utility room is equipped with washer and dryer.

There is a pass through directly to the dinning room for
easy service or a buffet setup. The kitchen is fully equipped;

door (an additional refrigerator is in the utility room for extra
storage when entertaining). Of course there is a large capacity
garbage disposal, and dishwasher. A filtered water spout is on
the sink deck. All the necessary pots, pans, beautiful pewter serving dishes and utensils for having a great meal or entertaining your guests are at hand.
