This luxurious villa is set in a quiet cul-de-sac next to the Golfing development of Imperial Lakewoods, situated in the Bradenton area. Restaurants, shops, Ellenton Premier outlet Mall and other amenities are only 5-10 minutes drive from the villa. St.Petes Beach, Sarasota and Desoto Park are within a 25-30 minute drive. The wonderful island of Anna Maria with its' glorious endless white beach is only a short drive, as are the more upscale shopping malls, wonderful golf courses, and Tampa (Bush Gardens). Orlando (Disney World) and Clearwater, are also within easy reach.
At the Villa the fully screened pool and lanai area offers spectacular views over the 64 acre natural Lake, and wonderful wildlife.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
The Villa is neutrally decorated, and is bright, cheerful and spacious. Furbished to the highest standards throughout, and is fully air-conditioned, plus ceiling fans and smoke detectors throughout the home for your safety.There is a child safety barrier for the pool if required. A crib for infants, and a high chair are available for your use. The landscaping and pool are maintained to a high standard weekly.
FAMILY ROOM:
The family room is furnished with two matching three seater sofa's, coffee table, side tables, table lamps, TV cabinet with 32" cable TV, DVD, VCR. (selection of DVD and VCR movies availble), Sliding patio doors leading to the pool and lanai area. Ceiling fan.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room is furnished with two matching two seater sofa's, coffee table, table lamps, wall units, playing cards, board games, jig-saws.
DINING ROOM:
Ideally located from the kichen area, with six seater table and chairs, with over table light.
KITCHEN:

The pool is fully screened, and overlooks the magnificent "64 acre" natural lake, which has a bird santuary island, ideal for wildlife enthusiasts. There is a safety rail for easy access into and out of the pool, The Lanai has outside light, fan, clock, 6 seater table and chairs for outside dining. The sun deck has 4 sun loungers, (with drinks tables), and a cafe table and chairs, for "relaxing in the sun". Gas BBQ
