Our beach villa is about 6000 sqft, is the perfect retreat for everyone. From fresh flowers and sand chairs, kayak, to a blender for tropical drinks, come and have an unforgettable vacation. Take long walks in the morning and enjoy the spectacular sunrises. Or, in the evening, gaze at the star-studded night sky, it is never the same from moment to moment, it is always changing, and time can stand still if you let it.Just 80 steps to the beach, this home has a partial ocean view from the ground floor rooms and full views from the second story. A gate in the backyard opens to a private right-of-way access to the beach that leads to a 2.5 mile stretch of white sand - one of the most breathtaking beaches in all of Hawaii. Swim, kitesurf, windsurf, body surf, boogie boarding, kayak, build sand castles or just relax in the sun ... Kailua beach has something for everyone.
For those who want to stay close to home, relax indoors, or sit under the shady lanai upstairs and downstairs and watch the sunlight dance off the sparkling 42 foot long pool. At night enjoy the hot tub and turn off all the house lights to watch the twinkling stars overhead. when it rains go out and look for double rainbows:) Go to bed feeling relaxed and ready to sleep with the soft sound of ocean waves in the background. Home was perfect setting for our family reunion of 16. Roomy interior with well appointed kitchen. The house is in a private setting. Steps to the best beach on Oahu. Children loved the pool. All master bedrooms upstairs were terrific with incredible ocean view.I would highly recommend this home for a vacation in Paradise.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Even though you are one house off the beach, you can still hear the ocean waves. Kailua white sand beach is safe for kids, kite or windsurfing, jogging 5 miles round trip or just sunning and just reading a book on an almost secluded beach. If you want lots of people or girl watching on a crowded beach, go over to the other side at Waikiki. The pool at the home and outside covered lanai is a whole experience in itself. It is like being at an exclusive resort pool but private and protected from any wind. Inside the house, this is a multi-million dollar property. It just does not get any better with really three master suites with their own bathrooms plus another three bedrooms. Lot's of flexibility. Now if you want a bear blast party with loud noise and tons of wild friends, don't even think about it. The neighbors and owner will be all over you. This an elite neighborhood, but a few families and kids, this is the place. The restaurants in Kailua some of the best on the Island at half the price and the golf courses are unbelievable. It feels like a million miles from anywhere, but only 20 minutes to anything else you want to do.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children.
Owner response: Our property starts from the beach with about 80 steps to the Villa, if you look from left side we have open view as neaxt door neighbour on the left as first house from the beach, from right side there is a house built, however our villa was built in a way that we have beautiful oceanviews... huge veranda upstairs and downstairs, each about 1000 sqft!!!! it is soooo beautiful, it's one of my favorite spots to sit and have a drink.... coffee.. tea.. smoothie or a glass of wine, or your favorite drink , looking at the beautiful ocean etc...actually it is more beneficial being little back set up, we do get only soft breeze, front is more windy... and we never had any break inns, while the ones right at the ocean had some... 80 steps back set up gives you alott more privacy, then the one up front, while evrybody looks inside, if they walk at the beach...ours has total privacy... nobody can see inside.... My partner and his family, used to live at the property , but now they are gone...they moved... you get lots of privacy, luxury, peace....it feels true Heaven.... Everybody loves our Beach Luxury Villa, olimpic size pool, spa... bbq area...very open, flowing floorplan, from living room to dining area and kitchen all open also all glass doors and corner glass windows... with nice views... opening to veranda etc... perfect for all ages.... specially first floor master for elderly, or parents with small children...!!! Perfect for couples getaway... 3 xlg master bedrooms two with king size beds... all rooms are very spacious... Close to all within one mile to Kailua center for shopping, we got Wholefoods, Macies, lots of restaurants...farmers market twice a week...Starbucks ... burgers.. pizza... Safeway, Foodland...all kids of shopping etc.... With in 10 minutes to beautiful hikes to waterfalls , golf courses.... we just find out that our villa is in Sunset Magazine September issue page 19 we are located right next to the yellow house in the middle of picture... it is true paradise... with lots of privacy.... it tells more about Kailua Beach... Our 3 generation family of 12 people really enjoyed this spacious, well appointed home. The best beach on Oahu was literally steps away down a secluded grass path. There were plenty of boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys for us to use. The spa and pool were enjoyed morning until night as we could sit on the nearby spacious lanai and experience the wonderful Hawaiian weather. The helpful, gracious owners were on premise, but we hardly knew they were there unless we needed them. I would highly recommend this home for a vacation in Paradise.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Two master bedrooms upstairs were terrific. The owners live on premise, but we hardly saw them. Our family was born and raised in Hawaii and this home made our return to the Islands memorable.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
Owner response: Owners and family used to live at the Villa, however as of last year they moved out ! Villa has a lots of privacy!!!
