Four bedrooms, three baths, two decks with private yard three levels master bedroom located on third level has whirlpool bath and separate shower, second level is the main living floor with living room with 11 foot ceilings, a kitchen stocked like it is a first home, seating in the dining area for 8+. Two Deck, each with seating for six persons at the tables and additional seating as well.
Plus second Master size bedroom with two doubles and a full bathroom. First level has two more bedrooms, one with a Queen and a crib the other with two sets of bunk beds plus to trundle style mattresses under the bunks as well as a pack and play. the second deck with a grill is off of the Queen room. Outdoor shower in the rear and two car Garage is up front renters can store beach stuff. Televisions in every bedroom plus the living room, DVD/VCR, Stereo and local phone with Answering Machine.
This house is great for one or more families staying together and still want room.

We rented this house 9-11-2011 to 9-18-2011. We were so happy to see it was CLEAN and close to many things we wanted to see. We hadn't vacationed in the Crest for over 20 years, and we were quite surprised how things there had changed for the better. The house is large and well taken care of with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We used only 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the kitchen and living room. We ate breakfast there, but went out for dinner to many restaurants that are close to the house. Rod the owner is very nice and everything he said on line about the house is true. It was a little further from the beach, but we drove to it without any problems. If we return to the Crest we certainly would rent this house again as it is in a nice location, close to lots of things and most of all CLEAN.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

Rod and Family, I just saw your posting for this year. We had such a great time at your house last year. You guys thought of everything. The place is so nice. My daughter, son in law and our two grandchildren as well as our 21 year old and 19 year old all stayed with us. It was nice that everyone had room to spread out! I will be calling you to re-book for this summer the first week in February. My wife finds out her vacation schedule then. We are looking forward to it.
