Our unit is about 950 SQ FT generously sized, ground level, ample parking, easy access, CLEAN, tasteful and fully furnished plus a fully equipped kitchen. Also, wireless internet. Out the front window view the courtyard with BBQ, crystal clear(heated in winter)pool, and beautiful landscaping. Your home away from home.   • We scheduled a last minute stay with Ruth for Labor Day Weekend. We've stayed in the area before but this time it felt like home. The location, pool, grounds, condo were in great shape. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Ruth, you're the best.

  • We spent almost a full week here. The condo was excellent, very neat and clean and well furnished. The amenities were top notch, the staff is professional, the grounds/pool/parking lot were impeccable. I highly recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a family focused environment.

  • We had a great time here over 4th of July. After some confusion about where to pick up the key, Ruth stopped by to check on us in person. The condo was ready with the AC on when we arrived. It was also pet-friendly with a dog-walking area at the other end of the complex with disposal bags provided. The complex was very family friendly and a short walk to the beach. I recommend it!

Ruth was very friendly, she even left the door unlocked and the air on so we felt right at home for the moment we arrived.   • We stayed at this lovely condo on Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. We had 4 adults, 1 child & 2 dogs and all fit quite comfortably. The condo itself had everything we needed. The furnishings are beach perfect and comfortable. The pool is really nice and large. There were plenty of grills, both gas & charcoal in the pool area. The beach was just a short walk across the road and through the public parking lot. We'll definitely stay here again. Thanks Ruth!

  • We had a fabulous time at this condo!! This was our first time using VRBO and we looked at a lot of rental properties. We found Ruth to be very honest, helpful and prompt in her responses. When we arrived at the condo it was even better than we were anticipating. It was clean, spacious, and well stocked. We loved the little extra touches like beach/pool toys for our kids (ages 2, 8 months), condiments, popsicles in the freezer, etc. Very close o the wonderful heated pool and the beach... two things we wanted. Our in-laws also rented a place in North Padre for that same time and when they came over stated ours was so much nicer. Thanks Ruth again for everything we would love to visit again. Our daughter still asks about Texas and the pool!

  • My husband and I had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we could need. The office staff is great, the pool was clean at all times and there are plenty of grills for outside cooking. Ruth is a very friendly and helpfull person, great to work with and completely honest. I would recommend this condo.

  • The condo is a wonderful place to stay. We found it to be very nice, very clean and quiet. The kitchen was great and very convenient. The beach was enjoyable and just a short walk from the condo. We really enjoyed our vacation there and will definitely try to go there again!

  • What a perfect weekend in a perfect condo! I've rented many vacation properties and this one takes the cake. It was everything we wanted and very competitively priced! Upon arrival, we immediately noticed how immaculately clean and cozy the condo was. It was pre-cooled which was especially nice on such a hot day and the kitchen was completely stocked... and when I say stocked, I mean every possible condiment you could imagine, extensive cookware and dinnerware, coffee maker (with coffee), rice cooker, and even a waffle maker! My husband, his brother and wife, 2 dogs, and I didn't plan on staying at the condo much, but it was so comfortable we probably spent the majority of the time hanging out in the living room playing games (also provided!) and relaxing. The swimming pool is just a short barefooted walk outside the front door and there are several BBQ grills where our men cooked up some burgers. The beach is not even a 5 minute walk away and there's even a doggie cleaning station on the backside of the complex. In past experiences, we had to find a gas station and hose our pups down after play before bringing them back to a rental. The bedrooms are adorable and the beds were very comfortable... we slept like babies. :) I cannot say enough about Ruth. I'm always wary of shady renters, but she was SO sweet, honest, and accomodating. She was very responsive to my millions of one-off questions, even up to the day we were arriving. She even called upon our arrival to check if we were settled and if there was anything we needed. We've found the only place we want to stay when traveling to Port A or Corpus. We highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling to the area!!
