Our unit is about 950 SQ FT generously sized, ground level, ample parking, easy access,CLEAN, tasteful and fully furnished plus a fully equipped kitchen. Also, wireless internet. Out the front window view the courtyard with BBQ, pool, and beautiful landscaping. Your home away from home. This unit comfortably sleeps five guests (5)
AN ADDED PLUS ++ This listing is one of the few that DOESN'T charge an extra cleaning fee.
**Note** Due to the fire code and SAFETY of our guests, NO MORE than(6) six guests per unit.
ANYONE having more than 6 guests will be given the option of renting another unit (if available)or vacating the premises, no refund given. There is NO compromise on this issue.
