  The property we rented was spacious and well equiped for all of your needs away from home. The owner was ready to address any concerns that might come up. We stayed there two years in a row.There are a couple of restaurants we would recommend.The Salt Water Grill Montana Mikes and Laguna Shores.All very good places to eat.The listing was accurate as to location to the water.We would recommend this property to friends and relatives.

  This complex is so convenient to the beach and has such a nice pool / BBQ area that is simply doesn't make sense for us to try out other locations. And this unit has all we need including WiFi, plenty of cooking gear and a good hot shower. You just can't beat walking across the street to the beach each day only to return for some poolside cooking. No wonder so many family reunions are booked here. Can't wait to get back!

  We were very pleasantly surprised at the welcoming "feeling", upon walking into this Condo. Very clean, neat, and "homey". The owner was very accomodating and made the rental process smooth and effortless. The atmosphere around the property was fun and enjoyable, with lots of ammenities. The across the street access to the beach, was wonderful and easy. Will recommend to our friends and family. We had a great time, you will to!!

  Very spacious with a large dining table and larger than expected bedrooms. Beautiful courtyard and pool. I will not travel to Padre Island again without contacting Ruth first!

  My husband and I rented this unit from the owner for a short vacation with our 2 labs. the property was very clean and had everything we needed. the onsite pool was clean and a nice break from the beach. this property is just across the street from the beach and close to great restaurants. I would recommend this place, and actually have to our families. we are currently trying to plan another trip this year.

  4 day stay proved to be everything we had hoped for and there was plenty of room for 4 adults and our two small dogs. Obviously, the location can't be beat. Internet availability is a must for us and we were pleased with the access at all times. This is our second stay in this unit and we will be back again soon.

  Great place to bring the grand kids. 2 grandsons, ages 6 and 2, could not get enough of the beach and pool. Were able you visit the site and experience the release of hundreds of baby sea turtles into the ocean, also visited the Texas State Aquarium. Condo was exactly as shown in pictures.Very clean and comfortable beds. We used the kitchen and even had time to do some baking. 1st time to rent condo, will return as soon as possible. Going to check out the fishing next time. Already sent website to some of my friends. Ruth, thanks for everything, it was great!

  Clean and very spacious home with a wonderful courtyard to view with clean swimming pool. Beach was just a parking lot walk away with easy access to beach. Owner was very gracious and wanted our stay to be enjoyable. If you are looking for a pet friendly place very close to the beach, this is a great place to vacation.

  We had a very good time staying in Ruth's condo on North Padre Island. The rooms were spacious and it was a very convenient location on the first floor of the complex. The courtyard and pool were lovely and well kept. The other residents staying there were very friendly. The location to the beach was really convenient. We had an enjoyable and relaxing time and would come again. We enjoyed sightseeing in the area and visited the aquarium and art museum in Corpus Christi and the maritime museum in Rockport. We visited several bird sanctuaries in the area and near South Padre Island. My husband enjoyed fishing around Packery Channel and on Mustang Island. Golfing was convenient in Corpus Christi. We ate at a nice Mexican Restaurant, Los Cabos in Flour Bluff (great and reasonable margaritas), and at Virginia's, Moby Dick's, and the Castaways in Port Aransas. We also ate at Snoopy's on North Padre Island. The food was good at all of those restaurants. There is a great German Bakery on North Padre Island. Ruth has brochures in the condo on restaurants and things to do in the area.

  my son and i stayed two nights at the condo and had an awesome time. ruth made sure everything went smooth and we had everything we needed. i will definitely be back.
