604 Heron - The Heron's Nest. This three bedroom two bath spacious condo is located in the Heron Building of the Destin West Beach and Bay Resort - home of the 700 foot lazy lagoon river as well as multiple other swimming pools and hot tubs!
This condo boosts beautiful unobstructed views of the Choctawhatchee Bay from extra large balcony. Watch the sailboats and the dolphins go by while you relax with your morning coffee.
Master bedroom has elegant furnishings with king size bed and spa style bathroom. Jetted garden tub in bathroom with walk in tiled shower. Large walk in closet. LCD television for your viewing pleasure with dvd player.
Second bedroom has King size bed, lots of closet space and TV/DVD with access to full size bathroom
Third bedroom has a bunkbed with full on the bottom, twin on the top and a twin underneath, Flat screeen wall mounted television with DVD player.
All linens are provided and are top of the line with high thread count. This condo will furinsh you and your family with luxuory throughout.
Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Breakfast bar has additional seating for two.
Dining area has large table with plenty of seating for everyone. Living room has pull out Queen Size sleeper sofa and is the perfect place to unwind after a long hard day at the beach. Great place for movie night with large LCD TV and DVD player or catch the big game.
Furnished with the condo is high speed wireless internet for ease of internet access and Cox DVR services for your viewing pleasure.
Destin West offers something for every guest. 700 Foot Lazy Lagoon River with inner tubes provided on site free of charge. Waterfall swimming pool, two huge hot tubs too. Guests in the Heron Building also have access to an additional seasonally heated pool located directly below this property. Additional pools including kiddie pool and kiddie spray park are available for your use too - just a short walk over the walkover bridge connecting both sides of this exclusive resort.

This condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of 5. It is very tastefully decorated and has modern appliances. Very clean! The kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to stay in and cook. Our favorite thing was the large patio right on the bay. Plenty of room for the whole family to just hang out or have a nice dinner outside. The owner was great to work with and easily reached if needed. Also there were beach chairs, floats, skim boards, umbrellas, and anything else you might want to take to the beach in the owner garage. The grounds and amenities were great too and well maintained. A very lovely condo! We would love to stay here again!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed this condo tremendously! Very upscale decor and well kept. The owner has not missed one detail to make the stay just perfect. The view is beautiful of the bay and lazy river. There are toys and beach chairs that come along with the condo. We all had a great time. The pools were not overly crowded. Easy to enjoy!! Would recommend this condo again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
