Fully furnished condo on second story of two story building - high ceilings with cove molding; ceiling fans in living area and both bedrooms - granite kitchen counters with tumbled marble back splash. Two patios and gas barbecue - Two full baths and full washer dryer - Lots of extras - beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, beach towels. Queen bed in master; two double beds in guest room; pull out queen sofa in the living room.

One building back from street and easy access to beach stairs - other units can be located in the noisy back or far from beach access.
Unit does not face parking lot but faces quiet path - other units face parking lot and get noise from cars and service vehicles (also lights from cars can impact privacy on parking lot units).
Very sunny and private unit. Fireplace in living room. Two Flat screen TV's, stereo with iPod dock (with remote control), and DVD player. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes and glassware.
On cul-de-sac with steps down to Dana Strands Beach - five minutes from Laguna Beach and Dana Point Harbor (ferry to Catalina Island) - 45 minutes to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, LegoLand, San Diego Zoo, and Sea World. 20 minutes to Newport Beach/Balboa Island. 12 minutes to Ivy Gate Farm Equestrian Center.
