Two patios and gas barbecue - Two full baths and full washer dryer - Lots of extras - beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, beach towels. Queen bed in master; two double beds in guest room; pull out queen sofa in the living room. BENEFITS: Second Story unit with more light and privacy than lower units - No noise from level above as lower units experience One building back from street and easy access to beach stairs - other units can be located in the noisy back or far from beach access.
