Located just two and half miles south of Akumal proper, South Akumal is a quiet gated community with lovely soft sand beach. Here you will find a handful of private villas and one small condominium property, Seven Seas. Seven Seas is an excellent choice for visitors hoping to enjoy the rich natural beauty of the Riviera Maya in lovely well appointed accommodations. The beach here is soft and great for swimming and snorkeling. The large pool on the beach side of the property is great for cooling off. Shade palapas, sea kayaks and great snorkeling make this a perfect place to relax and enjoy the setting. Seven Seas is a small condominimum complex with seven units total.
Seven Seas #Four is a spacious second level with wonderful balcony, two bedroom, two bath condominium that can comfortably accommodate four. Perfect for four adults. The large master bedroom is furnished with king bed and en suite bath. The second bedroom also has a king bed.
There is fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and large living area. This unit has an easy elegance making it lovely to look at and just as comfortable to spend time in. Off of the living area is the furnished terrace, overlooking the large pool with full view of the beach and sea.
Riviera Maya: South Akumal Beach
Located two and a half miles South of Akumal, 12 miles North of Tulum, S. Akumal is a tranquil gated community with soft sandy beach. Residential only, private and quiet. Rental car suggested as South Akumal beach is residential only. For services such as grocery, dive shops, restaurants and shopping Akumal is a five minute drive to the North. Tulum is a 20 minute drive to the south.
