Rates
Prices quoted are in US Dollars, but we are happy to send a quote in GBP or Euros. Pool Heat - $175 per week (Recommended October - March). When you have decided to stay in our villa we will require a Reservation Deposit of $150 per week. A Damage/Security Deposit of $300 is payable with your balance 10 weeks prior to your vacation and is fully refundable after your stay subject to our Management Companies satisfactory inspection of the Villa. A clean fee will apply to stays less than 7 nights. Payment U.S. – US$ Check or Credit Card U.K. – UK£ Cheque or Credit Card Credit Card payments from any country but carry a 3.5% surcharge We also accept Euro Cheques – please contact us for a quote. If you have any further questions, please ask.
