  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our two families had a great time. The space in this home is amazing everywhere you go which allowed our two families and total of 10 people space to spread out and never feel cramped. The quality of the construction is second to none. The location was convenient and being right across from the tennis courts was nice and barely used. The pool and fitness areas are just like the pictures if not better!! If you are looking for a laid back premium place to stay we all highly recommend Cypress Haven. The pool and jacuzzi were great to visit. The location was really nice and quiet with the beach not far st all. Our kids loved it too. We look forward to staying at Cypress Haven again soon.   Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was happy with the location. The vacation rental was very dirty. The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Service personnel showed early mornings for unrelated maintenance without notice. Somewhat frustrating but ok. Br prepared for roaches. Manager responded on 8/31/2012: Thank you for your comments regarding your stay at Cypress Haven. We apologize for the early morning disturbance and strive to keep our properties in pristine condition. While we do spray our properties regularly for pests, unfortunately we encounter these pests from time to time due to the home's natural environment. Reviewer Comments: This review would have been very satisfied (5) in all areas with the exception of: my two 9 month olds were biten while playing on the floor in the living room, ants in the master br, white shag rug in lr very dirty, shed huge clumps of fuzz balls, the babies tried to eat,wood florrs dirty...bottom of feet would get very dirty walking on them (I cleaned, mopped) doors upstairs squeak, rug in the entrance foyer a trip hazzard. Manager responded on 6/27/2012: Thank you for taking a moment to let us know about the items our Housekeeping Department needs to address. We do apologize for the inconvenience this caused with the little ones since this is such a great house for a family to enjoy. We will have our maintencae department adjust the doors upstairs as well.

Reviewer Comments: Won't be back at Cypress Dunes after 4th stay there This was my family's 4th trip to Cyrpess Dunes. We've always loved it and the amenities there. This time was very different than all of our previous stays. The first problem encountered was the homeowner / management company did not have the correct amenity passes at the house before we arrived. There is now an out of control maintenence man on site at Cypress Dunes checking everyone's pool passes, even though he knows your staying in Cypress Dunes. Since the correct wrist bands were not at the home when we arrived, the maintenance man would not allow my family in the pool area on Sunday July 17th. I called the Royal Beach management office and told them about the problem, and the fact that they or the homeowner had not secured the proper wrist band / pool passes for the rental unit, therefore this cost my family a day without the amenities at Cypress Dunes. The person I spoke with on Sunday July 17th assured me she would take care of the problem, and get right back to me. She never called me back and did not remedy the situation, therefore we were still unable to use the amenities. Monday morning the 18th came and I still had not heard from anyone with the management company, so I drove ten miles out of my way, on my vacation to speak with someone at the rental office about the pool passes / wrist bands. It was now 11:00 am on Monday the 18th, and still no call from Royal Beach Rentals. When I arrived at the office, I spoke with the lady that I originally told about the problem on Sunday (Blonde hair, 40ish lady, possibly wearing glasses). She had done NOTHING about the issue! If I hadn't gone to the office, we would have never received the proper wrist bands. After several minutes of trying to figure out what to do, and blaming the homeowner for the problem, I was told that they would deliver the proper wrist bands to the rental unit within one hour. It was now close to 12:00 noon and my kids still weren't able to use the pool.
