Come enjoy Florida in this charming vacation home located less than five minutes to beautiful Tarpon Springs and its renowned Sponge Docks. Enjoy a good book at a street cafe, or dine Greek style at one of several restaurants. You will have many choices if you like fresh seafood. Relaxing by the beach is always a must. Whether you like people watching or strolling the beach, choose one of several beaches close by, Sand Key Beach, Howard Park, Clearwater Beach, and several others.
Cruise ships leave from Tampa weekly. If gambling is your thing, show up daily to either Tarpon Springs or Newport Richey. You will get your fill of shopping at many of the shops at the historic Sponge Docks. Plenty to do for the golfer as well. Choose from public to private, you pick your game. Maple Grove and Tarpon Springs golf clubs just to name a few.
Take a day trip to historic Saint Petersburg or Tampa. You are only a couple of hours to Disney World, Sea World, and Epcot. Busch Gardens is less than 45 minutes away. Stay for a week or a month. Once you begin to relax in HOLIDAY, Florida, you will not want to leave!!!

The Holiday House has been our own family vacation home for over 40 years! The family resides around the US from Massachusetts to Colorado to nearby Tampa.
Why the Owner Chose Holiday
The Holiday House is just a short five minute drive to Tarpon Springs, which offers shopping, dining, boating, kayaking, fishing, dolphin tours, sunset cruises, arts and crafts festivals, and beautiful Howard Park and Beach. On your way home, be sure to stop for fresh produce, natural honey, and home baked goods at the fruit stand!
A day trip to Saint Petersburg is a must. There are amazing beaches, museums, shopping, and dining. You can catch a baseball game at Tropicana Field, too!
Tampa’s Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Yuengling Brewery, Seminole Hard Rock Casino, historic Ybor City, Glazer Children’s Museum, Tampa Museum of Art, Hillsborough River State Park, Channelside and the Florida Aquarium are just 45 minutes away. See the Stanley Cup champs, the Tampa Bay Lightning, take on your favorite team while visiting Tampa!
Famous Clearwater beach with it’s pirate ship, parasailing, jet skiing, and the Clearwater Aquarium (home of Winter the Dolphin!) are under a half hour drive from the Holiday House!
Just ten minutes north of holiday you will find gambling and dinner cruises leaving New Port Richie daily. Continue another 20 minutes north to beautiful Weeki Wachi or Bucaneer Bay. Here you can see the famous mermaid show, take a glass bottom boat tour, tube down the lazy river, dive or snorkel with the manatee, or make a splash on the flume!

I really enjoyed the stay at the house. We really loved the different options in the area. We found several nice beaches and the sponge docs are a must see. We give the rental a 9 out of ten.
