I stayed here for a week with my family. The home is beautifu land very clean! This beach house was super homey and came completly equiped just bring the family and food.The use of the golf cart was nice. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful you have the beach mostly to yourself which was great. You are just a minutes away from every thing you would want to do. The beach is just very short walk away or a quick ride in the golf cart. I visited shell island it was beautiful. Pier park was awsome food, fun and entertainment. My experience was great! I look forward to my next trip and will for sure be staying here.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The property is absolutely spotless when you arrive. The towels and linens are clean and fresh. It has plenty of kitchen utensils, coffee cups, cookware, etc. The bedding is gorgeous, closets are huge, and furniture is plenty. Lots of empty cabinet space, too, for the food we brought. You are truly half a block from Thomas' Donuts. We took the golf cart to it, Popeeze (shaved ice/ice cream place), the Carousel grocery store, and the shell store. The kids loved having it to ride to the beach and around the neighborhood. There is room for three big cars to park in the driveway. Our four young kids also rode their bikes and scooters in the driveway. It is a through road but not too busy if you wanted to ride on the road. Deb was a DREAM to work with and her home is everything she says it is and more. It is decorated beautifully, yet comfortably. Plenty of space for all 8 of us. We brought our Wii and there was ample room in the living room for the kids to play. Having a full kitchen, dishwasher, three bathrooms, and a washer/dryer were all absolutely wonderful. I emailed with Deb several times and she always responded promptly and kindly. We thank you so much for opening your home to us and truly hope to come back again.

"Paradise" is a great description. This is exactly what we were looking for in a vacation spot. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean, and VERY comfortable. The inclusion of the golf cart was an excellent touch. We SO enjoyed riding down to Thomas' for donuts or to the beach. We thought no detail was overlooked. The Burgesses were very accomadating and helpful with everything. We hope to visit again.

This was our second summer to spend the week at the Burgess' home. We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and well maintained. It is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Our girls loved cruising the neighborhood in the golf cart each day. We went to the beach every day! Thanks again, we hope to stay at your house again next year! The Bradleys from Tennessee.

Our family had a great vacation in Panama City Beach. We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. It is spacious, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect. We were close to all the action that Panama has to offer, but we were also able to get away from it all when we wanted to. We all had fun taking the golf cart to the beach and to Thomas Donuts. We were fortunate to have wonderful beach weather during our vacation. Thank you Herb and Debbie for renting your home.

Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. It was exactly what we needed for the eight of us who stayed. We had plenty of room and with the layout of the home had room to spread out. We enjoyed the location on the quieter end of Panama City, it was perfect. Both Winn-Dixie and Publix were right there in reach. We did enjoy the extra blessing of having the golf-cart even though we were in walking distance from the beach. August 19 -23, 2009 my husband and I were thrilled with your condo... the location was quiet and seren and still close enough to everything you don't have to drive all day to get the more things to do in the city. Everything was so clean and well kept. Thomas donuts was great and the mkt down the street were just icing on the cake. Your home was the perfect setting for a wonderful anniversary get a way. Debbie, We had a wonderful time in Panama City. Your home is lovely! The boys were impressed by the accommodations, had fun utilizing the golf cart....and the top deck was a huge hit. It was a record hot week, but they would go to the beach for a while, then come home to cool off. The new TVs were a hit. They seemed to enjoy the place so much in fact that they never really wandered to far off...except for an occasional round of golf. I am afraid they will be spoiled for other future vacations. The grandkids were thoroughly entertained, while in the house, with my laptop upstairs and my WII downstairs. We didn't hear a single, "I'm bored!" all week. Plus my son-in-law was able to stay in touch with his office each day. The ability to connect to the Internet was enjoyed by all. Thank you for having that as a feature. Debbie and Herb, Thank you so much for opening your home so that others may enjoy your wonderful little spot in paradise!! We LOVED staying at your home this summer. We ate breakfast every morning out on the deck and the kids loved riding the golf cart down to the donut shop at the end of the street. We loved having the golf cart so we could load all of our beach gear and literaly be at the beach in seconds!! We would recommend your beautiful house to anyone wanting a stress free vacation!! Our family came to Panama City Beach since our granddaughter was playing in the USFA Softball World Series. We were so fortunate to be able to stay in such a beautiful home. It was just perfect. The house itself was in wonderful condition and the location could not have been better. We were close to the sports complex and all sorts of other fun activities. We also met some really nice neighbors as well. We also really enjoyed the short trip to the beach at night and great donuts for breakfast. We had such a pleasant experience that was further enhanced by Chynna's (our granddaughter) team winning the 10 and under World Series!!! Go East Texas Longhorns!!!! We highly recommend this home for a fun-filled yet relaxing vacation.

My husband and I along with another couple stayed here during the 1st week of May and the weather was absolutley gorgous. The home was beautiful and had everything you could ask for. It was convenient to everything. Nice quiet neighborhood if you like to get away from the usual busy beach traffic and crowds. Would definitely stay here again in the future. The owners were extremly nice when setting up our reservations.
