Camelot by the Sea is a themed resort conveniently located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. If you want to be in the middle of the Grand Strand, Camelot is your place. Positioned directly across the street from Camelot you will find; Starbucks, an ice cream/pizza place, Papa's Grille (open for breakfast and lunch). Also beside Camelot is the Oceanfront Bummz Beach Cafe featuring food, drinks, and live entertainment.
Camelot is an 18-story resort with an attached ten-story parking garage. Our condominium offers two queen-size beds and a sofa sleeper. Our condo also features a 37" Flat Scren and DVD player in the living room. Located oceanfront on the 15th floor avoiding parking garage noise. Splash around in these amenities: 90-foot indoor heated pool, 200-foot heated lazy river, 60-foot outdoor pool.
Two spacious hot tubs/spas. Your children will love the kiddie pools featuring a "Bubbler" and Mushroom Waterfall. Not to mention an oversized sand box on the pool deck. Guest laundry facilities, fitness center, game room, and convenience store all located on site.
Centrally located on 2000 North Ocean Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, we are just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, The Pavilion, Dixie Stampede, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, and many other attractions. My husband and I had a wonderful experience in April 2011. The condo was perfect, just as described in the listing. Our daughter and her friend joined us for part of our stay, the condo was plenty roomy. The owner was extremely responsive; we arrived a night early and she was able to accomodate us with no problem. The location is perfectly located - within walking distance to the new boardwalk, restaurants and new Sky Wheel!. We were so pleased, we booked the condo for another two weeks in 2012. Can't wait!

I initially contacted the resort to book a room and they quoted me a price. When I called back to book the room the price increased and the reservationist was not willing to give me the originally quoted price. I googled the resort and, having used VRBO many times, was surprised to see individual owner listings at Camelot. I found one with my dates available, e-mailed, was contacted quickly, and booked our week at a significant savings over the resort prices. Some of my family had driven down from New York and were staying at the resort as well - but had booked through the resort. Our experiences were totally different. Upon arriving I found our room to be fresh, clean and stocked with fluffy linens. The ocean view was breathtaking and an amazing treat every morning with my coffee. The kitchen was stocked with enough pots, pans & dishes that we cooked dinner and breakfast regularly. If we do come back to Myrtle Beach again on family vacation, my first call would be to book this condo as the owner was professionall, caring and refunded my deposit immediately upon my return to Atlanta without a reminder. Definitely a good deal and great experience. Thank you.

We stayed at Kim;s condo at the end of July for a baseball tournament. The condo was clean, cheerful with great beds. The beds made the stay. Very easy to sleep on and comfortable. The linens all had a clothes line scent the lasted the whole stay. The unit was fresh without any funky smells that you sometimes get from airconditioning or old furnishings and what not. The only thing that would make this unit better would be a little bistro set on the balcony instead of plastic chairs. My friend had this type of set a few stories down and it does make a difference because the view is so incredible. I liked having the elevator right outside the door for convenience. The elevators at this property take forever. The property was nice for a high rise. Kim was easy to work with as well as prompt and reasonable.. This is my 6th time using VRBO and i always have a great experience.

We stayed here for a week in June. The condo is very nice, well equiped and very clean. I would recommend it to anyone. We had a great time and the weather was beautiful. We hadn't been to Myrtle Beach for about 11 years and were surprised at how much it has changed, but still has the same beautiful beach. Hope to be back soon.

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for the two of us. The property was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the ocean front balcony. We spent lots of time there reading and enjoying the wonderful weather. Having an indoor parking garage was also a nice convenience. The location was very good. There were lots of good restaurants within a short drive of the condo and some within walking distance. I would recommend the condo to a friend or relative.
