We loved our stay in Positano at this property. We stayed in late November 2011. The highlights were the view from the spacious deck, and the parking spot. This is a tough town to drive around, so it was nice to park the car and take the fun walk down the stairs all the way down to the beach from the mountains. The property is well taken care of, and Maurizeo even gave me a ride when I needed one, as well as surprise us with milk in the morning and flowers for my girls. The weather was warm, so my only disappointment was the pool closing so early, we could have used it. The condo is in great shape, well taken care of, and filled with friendly people. Beds are comfortable, and everything worked just fine. A great alternative to the small hotels, you get a feel for what life is like for the locals.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This place is fantastic. Very clean, safe and cozy and perfect for us. It was a great jumping off place to go to Sorrento, Amalfi and Pompei. From the terrace we really enjoy the view over the ocean. I hope to come back next year. Ciao from Mark and family.

While the view was fantastic, there were a lot of problems with this apartment. There were constant power failures on the weekends when there were a lot of guests in all the units. We had a major problem with ants. The owner would not deal with the ants and we sprayed them to at least get them under control. It was so bad that they were crawling on our pillows at night. There is no internet connection in this unit. There were no towels for pool use. There is no Bar B Que as advertised. There was a shortage of three pronged plugs, so we were swapping plugs to use the different appliances. When we arrived, it took a while to get the keys because no one was there to supply them at the agreed time. The unit also had not been cleaned very well. More than once I had to call the owner about problems and this is not what I go on vacation for. We met other people in the complex who had much better appointed apartments in this complex, and I would come here again for sure but just to a different apartment. In closing I would like to say that we gave this place still an average rating, because we did enjoy our stay there in spite of the problems with the apartment itself. The view from the terrace is definitely unbelievable and the best feature of this unit.

Since the apartment is rented in self catering we have unfortunately little chance of daily check on the apartment in order to avoid damaging the privacy of our guests. In this regard, we tell our guests to adhere to small but fundamental rules or precautions so that your stay will be pleasant: • Do not leave food scraps and or crumbs in the apartment, but store them in special envelopes for the collection included the same apartment, clean and / or wash the dirty dishes even summarily of food to prevent invasions of ants. • Avoid possible to include electrical or electronic equipment not complying with legislation, resulting in energy delivery stop, since each apartment has its own electric meter and individual • Use only and exclusively in accordance with adapters as the 'apartment has a security system. This allows us to be very careful to safeguard and security of our international guests. • Inspect, upon arrival, the state of the apartment and do not highlight it at the end of your stay. • The allocation of linen in the apartment does not provide towels for the pool because we believe it is a very personal. We understand that on vacation, you can not be too careful, and things can slip. It is very reassuring to hear that you still want to return and stay on the side landscape, has been excellent. We see that the mail is dated 11/11/11 that particular day happens every hundred years, this makes us think that you want to be remembered. In the world on this date many people have decided to conclude and make something beautiful! This apartment was a wonderful place with a gorgeous view high above Positano. The terrace was large and we ate our meals out there. It was easy to find and the photos were accurate. We enjoyed the comfortable apartment with all the essentials to make traveling with two young children (ages 6 and 4) easier than a hotel. The many steps down to the "first tier" of Positano were at first shocking, but quickly become charming the more times we descended to experience Positano (and it was good exercise)! There's also a convenient shuttle bus that takes you all the way down to the heart of the town (close to the beach). The apartment was as described, although we'd brought food to grill and there was no charcoal grill as stated. Not a big deal, but we brought a lot of food home since we didn't cook it. The restaurant Costantino's was good and very convenient. The parking was fabulous since most hotels don't provide parking; the parking lot was very securely gated, but not covered as stated. I'd definitely recommend staying here! (Also if the owner agreed, probably could fit family of 5 since there's 1BR with a queen, 1 BR with 2 twins, and a pull out couch in the living room).

positano experience

We rented this apartment for two weeks. The owner is a very nice person as well as his apartment keeper/supervisor. our apartment was simply awesome. It was very clean and tidy. We loved the view, it is just mind boggling, and out of this world. It is like we have died and gone to heaven. We loved everything about this apartment. Now, the only thing that may be a of concern for some people is the distance from the apartment to the center of Positano. So, if you have problem walking, this place is definitley not for you. BTW, one of the best resturants that we have ever eaten at, is just one minute walking distance from the apartment. It is called "Constantino". My god the food, the panoramic view and most of all, the chefs and the owner are simply awesome. When you go there just tell them Hamid and Homa from Canada recommended them. You will get the best service you have ever had, I promise you. Any way, we have great memories. Yeeees to Positano and its people.

We had a wonderful break between busy town at Pasitea Fiori. The apartment was comfortable. The peace delightful and the views to die for. The Bus service to town were convenient as we did not home a car. We would recommend that you take the bus to the end of the road at Nocelle we did not have time to the restaurante but the panoramas spectacular. Take note of the restaurant suggestions Luigi at "da Costantino" loaded after us especially well. Thanks to Guglielmo for his tips our arrival.

Paitea is an excellent apartmen which is very spacious, clean and comfortable. It is an idyllic location with the views from the terrace looking down on the Positano and the sea. The town itself is only a short walk or drive where there are many shops, restaurants and other amenities. The car parking offered at Parco dei fiori, where Pasitea is based, is a bonus as parking is limited in Positano. For those who want excellent self-catering accommodation with a spectacular views, and just far enough out of the town centre to enjoy peace and quite, Pasitea is ideal and highly recommended. Our apartment Parco dei fiori was absolutely charming. It was beautiful, it had everything including a splendid pool. The view of the sea was magnificient. We reccomend it warmly
