The Lake House provides one of the most convenient locations for enjoying Whitefish in any season. It is located just below the Big Mountain Road turnoff up to Big Mountain Winter and Summer Resort and just minutes from Downtown Whitefish with a world of activities at your finger tips.
This Whitefish Lake House is full of amenities, the main living area has an open airy feeling with a kitchen that opens up to a bright and spacious living / dining room area with a large picture window presenting breathtaking views Whitefish Lake. The spacious living room is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing reading a book cozying up on the comfortable leather couches. Enjoy your favorite movie on the flat screen Plasma TV or play your favorite CD. The Craftsman style dining table expands to seat eight for serving up the catch of the day dining with family and friends.
There are two bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a small deck offering sparkling views of the sunrises and sunsets. Both are spacious, the master offers a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. The large family room on the main level opens up to the yard area and back deck with fantastic views of Whitefish Lake. The large family room includes a top-of-the-line queen-size pull-out and a single futon (a roll-a-way bed is also available).
There is 26-inch Color TV with DVD/VCR and a foosball table. There is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. And if you need to catch up to the world by internet, just turn your computer on and tap into the wireless connection available at the house.
The large deck just off the house provides a wonderful extension of the house and is perfect for barbeques and entertaining or just enjoy the great outdoors on the sunny summer days that last well into the late evening. It is not uncommon to see the sunset at 10pm.
This comfortable lake house get-a-way has everything you need to enjoy the perfect vacation including a fully equiped kitchen, Plasma flat screen TV and Wireless Internet, a foosball table, outdoor table and chairs as well as fire pit for evening campfires. The gas fireplace creates a warm and cozy atmosphere to relax or entertain.
Take the walk down to the access road path which takes you to the lake access. Float on a raft, kayak around the lake, bring your jet skis or rent from one of the local boat rental companies. Though over night mooring is not available at our lake access, you can easily put a boat in at City Beach just across the lake and anchor for the day nearby the lake frontage on the North Shore. Enjoy summer barbeques on the deck with expansive views of Whitefish Lake and the majestic Montana mountains.

Hike The Big Mountain, water ski on Whitefish Lake, river raft at Glacier National Park, golf at one of the area many golf courses, enjoy summer festivals, bike, swim, fly fish. The activities are endless and the memories are priceless.
GETTING THERE:
Glacier International Airport (FCA - Delta, Northwest, Alaska, and Horizon) is 20 minutes away and Amtrak goes right into Whitefish.
* For driving, take Interstate 90 until you are eight miles west of Missoula. Take US Highway 93 north towards Kalispell and Whitefish, 120 miles. In Whitefish turn RIGHT (North) onto Baker Avenue, City Hall will be on your right. Head (North) over the viaduct, go straight onto Wisconsin Avenue through the lights. Three miles ahead, just past the Big Mountain Road turnoff on the lake side.
