All this is within walking distance of a public dock and a public beach. Community tennis courts are available for a fee. This is a great summer community, where you and your kids can walk and ride bikes safely. Enjoy swimming off the rocks or the dock just down the street. There is a community building in the center of ocean point with tennis courts, a playground and a Sunday parent child softball game that has been going on for generations, it is not to be missed.
