Our beach home is located in the historic town of Ventnor and is one block to the beach and boardwalk. You will love the ocean breeze on the furnished front porch! Enter the house where you will be pleased with the spacious floor plan. Large living room with hardwood floors, TV with Cable and Wireless Internet.
The very spacious dining room has lots of windows letting in terrific sun, large dining table and a breakfast area, off the dining room is the powder room.
The large kitchen has all the amenities including gas stove, dishwasher and microwave; tons of pots, pans, dishes, glassware, etc. A mud room is off the kitchen with a washer and dryer and clothes line. From there you can go out to the back deck.
The second floor has 4 large bedrooms. Two have queen beds and have access to a full bath, across the hall are two more bedrooms with a full size bed in each. There is also a full bathroom in the hallway.
The third floor has two large bedrooms, one has two twin beds and one has two full size beds. There is a bathroom in the hallway.
We have cable TV's, VCR's, DVD players, Wireless Internet, dual zone CENTRAL AIR Conditioning, ceiling fans, off street parking for 3 cars, outside shower to rinse.
Complimentary beach tags/chairs/umbrellas/sand toys.
Baby gear provided: pack 'n play, space saver high chair, gate available.

Highly recommended family vacation house. All ages. Only one block from the beach. The location was great for activities and restaurants. The house was as described. Very clean. All the family loved the atmosphere. Gandma had a great birthday. Easy drive to Cape May, Atlantic City. Whatever makes you happy is there. Do hope we can do this again next year.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is a beautiful home with a lot of charm. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated. It's in a very convenient location. The beach is less than a block and half away. It's a nice quiet beach, not too crowded. We had a wonderful week we'll always remember..
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed here for 2-3 weeks in June, part of the time with our 3 grandkids (ages 3,3,5) and their parents - and had a great time. The house is large with plenty of room. Its clean, and looks as in the photos. Great location, only a block from the boardwalk...really nice porch, and you can see the boardwalk. Karen was very helpful and available. We will definitely consider staying here again.

I could not have had a better experience at this house for a long weekend. The house was clean, nicely decorated, in good condition, well kept, and the furniture and and sleeping accomoditions were all very comfortable. The proximity to the beach could not have been better, literally a 3 minute walk. The house had pleanty of space. It had great central air to keep cool during the hot summer. Everything that is listed as being guarunteed with the house was there. I thank Karen very much for a great weekend, I would recommend this house to anyone.

Karen's home in Ventnor, NJ, was a fabulous place to gather for my parents' 40th anniversary weekend! We had 7 adults and 2 kids and it was completely comfortable for all, even on a few rainy days when we spent a lot of time in the house. The location is extremely convenient to Atlantic City and Margate. Our whole family walked 1.5 blocks to the beach and then we took a nice long walk on the boardwalk - a perfect multi-generational activity that was easily accessible. Karen was a pleasure and I certainly recommend this house to anyone looking for a weekend or week-long getaway. Thank you!

Our family stayed in this lovely home. We couldn't have asked for more. The owner as a pleasure to work with and the house was extremely spacious and very well decorated. The kitchen was stocked beyond our expectations. The house was very clean and well mantained. Our favorite was the porch and the easy walk to the beach. We will be back! And high recommend it to anyone!

thank you so much for allowing us to utilize your beach property. we had a great weekend and wished we could have made it longer. the house was great and so relaxing great sun in the rear while cool and relaxing sitting on the front porch...would recommend to anyone who would just love to be close to either atlantic city or to ocean city and the beach in ventnor is so clean and nice to be on. again i cant thank you enough.

Wow! What an amazing home! We had an absolutely excellent time on our vacation this summer. The house was beautiful, open and spacious, tons of room for everyone. We especially loved sitting on the front porch, listening to the seagulls and enjoying the fresh salt air. You were especially helpful; everything went smoothly with the paperwork and keys and for the first time in our many years of renting at the Jersey Shore, we felt as though we were renting from someone who truly cared about their home and wanted us to be happy with the experience.
