In one of the nicest locations in Park City, this clean and roomy condo is high on a hillside among the Aspen trees, on a private cul-de-sac. The First Temptation run branches off to an end approx. 30 steps to the condo. Just ski home at the end of the day !!
In winter, Crescent Ridge is considered by all to be in a fantastic location. In fact, some say it is the BEST location in Park City. It is ski-in. The Park City golf course is at the end of the cul-de-sac. The Spiro hiking and biking trailhead (which is the primary access trail for Park City's fabulous mountain trails) is 50 steps from the driveway. The Resort Center activities are a short walk down the end of the street. The free bus system stop is steps away.
Downstairs are the kitchen, living room, and dining room, as well as a full bathroom. There is a huge wrap-around, multi-level deck, partially covered.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and two more bathrooms. The master bedroom has it's own full bathroom and a Cal-king bed. A second bedroom has a queen bed and it's own deck. The third bedroom is divided into two separate sleeping areas, with a queen in one and two twins in the other. Because of this, many consider this to be a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. But since one of the bedrooms does not have it's own entry or closet, we stick to calling it a 3 bedroom, 3 bath.
Historic downtown Park City is within walking distance, but the award-winning free bus system has a stop very near the condo, making it even easier to get to shopping, restaurants, and Sundance events.
Deer Valley and The Canyons are only minutes away, also via the free bus system. In addition to downhill skiing, the golf course serves as the White Pine Touring lodge and miles of groomed cross country ski trail system leading through the countryside.
