This clean and roomy condo is on a hillside among the Aspen trees, on a private cul-de-sac. Hiking, biking, skiing and golf are steps away!!
Located in the Crescent Ridge area, our friends and guests say this condo is in Park City's BEST location, period. Here's why :
- The First Temptation ski run has a private ski trail that comes out of the woods and ends 30 steps from the driveway.
- A branch off the Spiro bike/hike trail (which is the primary access trail for Park City's fabulous mountain trails)ends 60 steps from the driveway.
- The Park City golf course is at the end of the cul-de-sac.
- The PC groomed cross country ski trails are at the end of the cul-de-sac.
- Resort Center activities are a short walk down the end of the street.
- The free bus system has a covered stop at the end of the cul-de-sac.
The condo is split-level, with the upper portion 8 stairs above the lower.
On the lower level are the living room, dining area, kitchen, and one full bathroom. On the upper level are two bedrooms (one with a King and one with a Queen), and a full bathroom. There is also a third 'bedroom' that does not have it's own closet or it's own entry, so we hesitate to call it a bedroom. But, it functions well as a third bedroom with two single beds. All three have TV's and DVD's.
There are several types of discounts available: 1) stays longer than 7 days, 2) Spring/Summer/Fall stays, 3) discounts for repeat guests, 4) last-minute stays that fill in our openings.
Note: Our property is also available as an exchange. Non-concurrent times OK.

My husband and I love Park City, and this was our first time to stay in a place that was not ski in/ski out. We timed the walk, and we could get to either The Three Kings/First Time lifts or The Silver Star in less than 5 minutes. Even when we stay ski in/ski out we have a 3 or 4 minute walk to get to the door of the condo. We were pleasantly surprised was how very easy it was to get to the lifts. This ski home is beautifully and comfortably furnished. The big sofa, recliner, and easy chair with ottoman were well appreciated after a long day of skiing. The beds were very comfortable, too. The kitchen was well equipped, and the homeowners left many spices and staples which we appreciated. We used the full size washer and dryer on the first floor several times; it was so convenient. The homeowners obviously take much care in seeing that their guests' needs are met. The bathrooms had every supply imaginable--all well arranged, no clutter here! Humidifiers were handy for us Southerners unaccustomed to the dry weather. Good movies, books, and games were available. And the view from the condo is stunning. This was a great place for two couples traveling together, and it would be terrific for a big family as well.

It's time to plan our next ski trip, so we're finally writing to say what a great stay we had at the condo --- it was a perfect combination of excellent accommodations, snow, and movies! The condo's kitchen was very well-stocked with every appliance and item we could possibly need, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing with the great collection of reading material in the condo. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to go skiing, with the Park City Mountain Resort lift just down the road. The condo's great location also made it easy to get downtown, so we got to take in some of the Sundance Film Festival activities and movies. We can't wait to return and do it again!

Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Your condo was perfect for us- Mike skied home every day, including a day when the snow allowed him to ski to the front steps. Our favorite restaurant ended up being Zoom, and we even got time to take the bus to the movies. See you next year!
