Our second floor beach-front property offers a private walkway to the beach, and a beautiful ocean and beach view from the living room, balcony, and both bedrooms. This two bedroom, two bath, nearly 1450 square foot villa includes a full-size living room, dining room, kitchen, and utility room (with full-size washer and dryer). Both bedroom suites have privacy with walk-in closets, Jacuzzi, shower, and magnificent views. The master bedroom has a king-size bed while the guest bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a very comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa.
The grounds have an adult pool, children's pool and playground, hot tub, barbeque pit, covered parking, and direct access to the beach by a private walkway. The villa is centrally located so there is easy access to everywhere on the island. You will receive two hours of complimentary tennis at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center per day.
For your safety, access to the villa is through a private gate with 24-hour security requiring a pass (which we supply). The villa has a phone with direct access to a staffed desk to help you with your every need. You must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation. No pets or smoking allowed.
The villa was remodeled in 2007 with new carpet and tile, new bedroom, living room and patio furniture. The villa is decorator furnished.
