The Heritage House is a large (6000 sq ft) house that has been divided into 3 two bedroom apartments. All the apartments connnect onto a central 3 story atrium, so they work well for larger groups. The House is located in the quiet lake side village of Fontana on Lake Geneva. It is only a short walk to the lake front and the beach. All the toys, boats, wave runners, ect. are available for rental. Passes for free admission to the beach are available to our guests. On the way to the lake you will pass The Abbey Resort with many shops and restaurants.
The Heritage House offers luxury two bedroom apartments with full kitchens. Each apartment sleeps 6 people and has a private deck with a grill, fire place, some with a whirlpool tub. The house is located in a quiet residential area, surround by 100 year old oak trees. It is not unusual to see dear walking through the yard. The Heritage House is family friendly (crib and high chair available).
Great for larger group? Rent the whole house for family reunions, girls weekends, craft groups, church retreats, ect. Community room available for larger groups.

Fontana is a wonderful place to visit and to live. It combines the charm and serenity of a small lake front community with the sophistication of a world class resort. The beach is cleaned and manicured everyday and the lake is one of the cleanest in the country.

The Heritage House is located in a quiet residential area. It is a short walk to the lake front with many restaurants and shops along the way.
Short term boat parking, fishing (they really do catch fish off the piers)
The path goes all the way around the lake through the back yards of some of the most expensive homes in the country.
Owner's Map of Fontana
Your inkeepers are John & Jane Noyer. They are year round residents of Fontana so they are always available to insure your stay at the Heritage House is comfortable and enjoyable. John is a psychotherapist with a private practice in Lake Geneva and Jane is a florist. They purchased the house in 2004. The original building was constructed in 1852 and expanded in 1982. Over a 3 year period from 2004 until 2007 the house was completely renovated. Many of the unique architectual features of the origional building have been preserved to celebrate it's long history

We stayed her in 2008 for my bachelorette party and had the best time, there was 11 of and there plenty of room. It so clean, we just loved it! We still talk about it and are planning to stay here again very soon!!!!!
