The full master bath suite is located off the bedroom and will exceed your expectations with a luxury equipped spa shower system in travertine and black granite tile, and a floor heating system.
A laundry closet adjacent to the master bedroom suite and bath has a new “HE” washer & dryer.

2 wall- mounted HDTVS (a 42” LCD HDTV w/DVD in the main living area and a 32" LCD HDTV in the bedroom).
Ceiling fans are on both levels.
For guests who bring their laptops, Wi-Fi is provided throughout the complex.
An electric fireplace is located in the main living area and will enhance your evenings here in paradise. Only unit in complex which currently has a fireplace installed for guests. Also flameless candles on timers both levels add ambiance to the unit in the evenings.

- No Pets Allowed : This is not a pet friendly complex. Unauthorized pets found in unit will result in guests ask to leave and with forfeit security deposit and rent. Owners not Guests are allow one pet in the complex.
- Kid Friendly : This complex is great for family and couples. Best for individuals who can easily access stairs. Older children are fine. With stairs inside and outside of these townhomes would not recommend for small children or those individuals who can not climb stairs.
- Not Suitable for Children : This is not a good unit to rent for infants and toodlers due to stairs inside unit and outside access is my stairs. space and not kid friendly
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : Must be 25 years old to check-in with local management company. Picture ID is required. Must stay on-site to rent this unit. No check in leaving family members under 25 alone and staying at another complex. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in eviction and loss of rental paid and deposit.
- Smoking Not Allowed : This is a non-smoking unit. Please smoke outside of unit in area provided outside of entrance door. Smoking in unit will prevent refund of security deposit.

The weather was fantastic. Blue skies, blue ocean, a gentle breeze and an awesome Condo. The remodeled master bath is beatiful. All of the upgrades made the condo better than ever. We simply loved it! When we had to change the dates of our vacation, Jackie worked with us without hesitation. Thanks, Jackie for helping my husband and I have An Awesome Vacation!

We would recommend this unit. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to everything and the landscape at the complex was immaculate.

Our first time in Panama City Beach and boy did we get lucky. Jackie did everything to make our "snowbird" vacation the best. It truly felt like a "home away from home". The best part was having wireless internet in the unit and the 42" T.V. is another plus on those rainy days. Everything you could possibly want is in the unit and it was peaceful and very enjoyable. Would recommend this unit to everyone. Jackie did everything in her power to make our stay a memorable one.

This is a beautiful townhome with all of the conveniences of home. Directly on the beach with parking at door is a plus. We have stayed at other Largo Mar units and this is absolutely one of the best townhomes in the complex and is the "best" one bedroom. Price is a value compared to other one bedrooms available in complex. Owner keeps unit in "above average" if not "exceptional" condition. We will not hesitate to stay year after year.
