This beautifully furnished one bedroom condo at Largo Mar on Panama City Beach has 1&1/2 bath with lots of extras. The Largo Mar complex is all townhomes located directly on Panama City Beach on the quiet East side of Thomas Drive(on the Gulf side). Why stay in a high-rise condo complex which is more like staying in a glorified hotel room when you can stay with us in an actual beach home. You will see the difference in the spaciousness of the unit when you visit along with enjoying parking at the door for added security.
Our Largo Mar, Panama City Beach townhome has been renovated, with tile floors in the kitchen, dining room, living room and both bathroom areas. Carpet only on the stairway and in the bedroom. Queen bed in bedroom and new queen sleeper sofa in living room allows unit to sleep four comfortably. Bedroom is located upstairs. Washer/dryer (with iron and ironing board) are also located on this upper level. Ceiling fans on both levels for added comfort.
You will find all the conveniences of being at home when you are our guest at Largo Mar. Our full bath includes a massage shower and wall-mounted hair dryer. There is also a wall-mounted hair dryer in the 1/2 bath on the lower level.
On the lower level, our Largo Mar townhome/condo we have a tropical/jungle design motif with an above average well-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar which is adjacent to the living room and dining room areas along with a convenient half bath on this level. On this level you have a beautiful view of the Panama City's beautiful gulf. We just add a 42" LCD HDTV w/HBO and 300 channels.
A door located at the bottom of the stairs on the lower level separates our Largo Mar townhome into two sleeping areas to allow for sleeping privacy between the levels.
Our Largo Mar townhome/condo has TVs on both levels with cable access to 300 channels and premium channel HBO along with both TVS having DVD players. The livingroom has a 42" LCD/HD TV!
Our townhome also has board and card games for adults and children along with some videos provided in lower level TV cabinet just in case of a rainy day.
Relax on our private Largo Mar balcony located on the lower level that overlooks the pool, hot tub and shuffleboard court with gulf view. Another private balcony is also located off the upper level bedroom.
The Largo Mar townhome complex has wireless Internet access available in the gameroom behind the site office. The Largo Mar gameroom also has pool table, video games and exercise equipment. Largo Mar also has outdoor restrooms/bath house adjacent to office and gameroom if you arrive early prior to check-in time so you can began your vacation by making a quick change to access the beach and pool areas.
Largo Mar has a shuffleboard court located next to pool and hot tub areas in courtyard.
Largo Mar has beach chairs and umbrellas available for reasonable rental rate on the beach in front the complex. The chairs and umbrellas are available for daily and weekly rental through a contract vendor and are not a part of the rental rate you pay for this unit.
Our Largo Mar townhome/condo does come with linens and towels furnished for use in the unit only ... For the beach towels please bring your own.
Our Largo Mar Townhome has a dedicated parking space right outside the unit for your added convenience. The Largo Mar complex has a night security guard on duty for your added safety in addition to a privacy wall on 3 sides of the Largo Mar complex.
Our Largo Mar Panama City Beach townhome is easy to locate and convenient to all major attractions in the Panama City Beach area along with close shopping and the finest restuarants. Saves on gas to be near everything instead of some of the more remote parts of the beach where driving to shop and dine out is a must do. The Largo Mar complex is close to beautiful St. Andrews State Park where you can watch the dolphins play from the Panama City beach shore! Boat rentals are also available in the nearby Marina at Grand Lagoon along with deep sea fishing charters.
The Largo Mar complex is located approximately 15 minutes away from Panama City downtown areas, the airport and major shopping including the new Pier Park area.
No pets allowed and no smoking inside the unit please. Children welcome/family friendly complex. Must be 25 years old to rent townhome and ID required for onsite check-in.

We bought our unit at Largo Mar in 2001 because its one of PCB's best kept secrets. It has a beautiful courtyard area that is private along with a beautiful observation deck to watch the beautiful sunset.
The Unique Benefits at this Beach Condominium /Townhome
No hassles with elevators that dont work most of the time. Park at the door instead of a parking deck or across the street. All 72 units are townhomes and decorated at the Owner's discretion. No cookie cutter units. Beautiful grounds surround pool, hot tub and shuffle board areas. Can watch the kids play in the courtyard while relaxing on the front deck of the unit. There are five acres to this complex with green space for kids to play unlike the new high rises.

I am Jackie Cody. I am on the Board of Directors serving as Secretary for Largo Mar Condominiums where our townhome on the gulf is located. My husband Herb and I purchased our townhome in Panama City Beach in April 2001 and totally renovated the unit. We maintain and generally upgrade the townhome every year. We want our guests to have the same quality stay as we do for our family when we vacation there. This year (2009) we made the following enhancements: added a 42" LCD TV to the livingroom area and a new stove to the kitchen. Last year (2008) we added a new queen sleeper (oversized - takes king sheets) to our unit along with a new dishwasher. Largo Mar is a beautiful complex with parking at the door, no elevators and long walks to the beach. Down the steps, around the pool and you are at the beach. We purchased at Largo Mar because of courtyard setting where friends, owners, and guests can enjoy the emerald coast together. We have a great observation deck for watching the beautiful sunsets. Largo Mar complex is a diamond in the rough for the area. We would love to have you come and stay with us.
