Located 30 minutes south of Rosarito Beach on Baja's Gold Coast, this 1700 square foot, tri-level home has an ocean view and is situated in the quiet, picturesque guard-gated seaside village of La Mision. The upper level features a living room with electric fireplace, dining area, full kitchen, and an outdoor deck - all with oceanview! Bathroom with stall shower.

The garden (entry) level features a family room with trundle bed, and a cheerful view of the Mexican garden. Lower level has two bedrooms, one with pillowtop queen bed and the other with one full bed & one single bed. Mexican tile floors. Enclosed secluded garden patio with barbecue.

Just one level up from a two-mile-long sandy beach, this home has easy beach access. Rent horses or go parasailing on the beach. Fly fish for barred surf perch.

25 mins. south of lush 18-hole Real Del Mar and 10 mins. north of dramatic 27-hole Baja Mar Golf Courses. Famous La Fonda Restaurant is one mile north. Shop and sightsee in Rosarito Beach and cruise - port town of Ensenada. Tour wineries, visit museums and cultural centers, charter a fishing boat.
