Palms In Paradise...Key Colony Beach waterfront home w/ private fenced yard, 46' deep water dockage and HEATED POOL. Three bedroom, two bath home located on Sixth Street (The Causeway)in New Marina Subdivison. Granite counter tops, vanities and tile throughout. All bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds and televisions. High speed wireless internet on site.

Futon Hide-A-Bed is available for an unexpected guest in the living room. Gorgeous brand new furnishings, top of the line everything to make this vacation one to remember.

Great water views from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Heated pool, fenced yard and 46 feet of concrete deep water dockage. Snapper and tarpon fishing in the evenings off the dock. Electric, water and fish cleaning station at the dock.

Gas dock, restaurant, deli, boat ramp, bait shop, boat rentals and dive shop located on the same canal for easy access to everything you will need for your day on the water.. (2) car garage to keep your vehicles out of the sun. Great access to the Atlantic or the Gulf through Vaca Cut. Sunset Park is just a quick walk or bike ride.

Paver driveway and deck area around the pool. Terrific Keys deli next door that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner to go. Walk to Sparky's Landing for a snack, cocktail and good entertainment. Stroll over to Charter Boat row and see the catch of the day or jump on a boat and go fishing. For fine dining walk to Key Colony Inn or for a more casual setting on the water go over to Cabana Breezes and walk out on their pier.

This home is in a GREAT location for first time visitors to the Keys or long time repeat clients. Walk, bike, swim, golf, tennis, dive, snorkel and so much more for your enjoyment.

The entire island has a walking/bike path to enjoy. Post office, city hall and police station all on 7th Street. Golf, tennis and the playground on 8th Street. Such a beautiful community to spend your vacation.

  • I can't say enough. The house was spacious, quiet, and clean. The location was perfect. A short drive to anywhere (Key West, Key Largo). I could throw a rock to a bakery that could also accomodate us for groceries or breakfast, two rocks to a fine restaurant/bar (not that we spent anytime in the bar). Fishing off the sea wall was good and a walk around the a block or so would take you to a couple other restauants or a very small par 3 golf course. Although I would not have thought it the pool was absolutely the perfect amenity on those hot afternoons. Our host was also the best accomidating each and every time we called. I visit florida once a year. I have never been to the Keys but I could not have asked for anything more. Thank You Jo Ann.
