Oceanview and recently updated. This third floor villa ARA 3 is 25 yards to the HOT sand. It has been renovated to reflect the enchantment of island life. It sports queen bed with privacy curtains to block out that hot sun and a new sleeper sofa. Lots of storage and dressing area.
The stylist kitchen has all new appliances to cook up some fresh shrimp. Check out the glass back splash. All the conveniences of your home like coffee pot, built in microwave oven, utensils, dishwasher and refrigerator. Lots of new cabinets.
The entertainment center holds a 40" HDTV which makes it great to watch your favorite shows while lying on the sleep sofa. WIFI Internet is available for FREE. The balcony has a a great view of the ocean with comfortable chairs for a quiet retreat to relax and plan your next adventure.
Sail off to sleep with all new spreads and linens. A small wall mounted TV has been added to the bedroom. Six people can comfortably vacation in this villa. Check out the new photos to see this redecorated villa.

All have cozy bedrooms which contain a queen bed and adjoining bath. The living/dining area has a queen sleep sofa, entertainment center with cable TV , DVD and free internet . Wall mount TV in the master bedroom also.
These villa's sleep 4-6.
You can relax as the great ocean air calms your spirit and the brilliant sunrise awakens your soul and the cool breezes blows away the stress from the private balcony with new chairs and end tables. The third floor villa is close to the elevator and ramp. This is a non-smoking villa designed for your comfort.
There is ample parking. Washer and dryer are on first and second and third floors.
This gated community is designed to accommodate the family. There is bike rental on property as well and a store, restaurants, and a beach bar. We have the largest pool on the island which is great for adults and the children's pool is fun for the tots. Snowballs can be purchased by the pool and children can join in on supervised activities by the pool also.

This villa is on the ocean end of the building with a direct ocean front view. It's about the closest to the pool and beach as you can get, the location is perfect! Another unexpected bonus was beach chairs for the adults and boogie boards for the kids. This villa is completely remodeled and beautifully decorated. When we walked in, we thought we had walked into a model home! Our family of 4 was comfortable due to the nice sleeper sofa and an abundance of extra storage where other villas sometimes have narrow bunk beds. The kitchen was well outfitted with plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils if you plan on cooking in. It even included nice extras such as Tupperware type containers if you plan on bringing lunch to the beach. Sherry is actively engaged in making sure the villa is always in top shape. She is terrific to work with and extremely helpful. Give her a call, you won't be disappointed!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This was our first time in HH and we loved it. Thank you for such a nice place to lay our heads at night. We loved eating at Marley's Grill but the Salty Dog was disappointing. We will be back!

My son and I had a great time at the villa. We enjoy just relaxing and we did plenty of that. We took some long walks on the beach which provided some great mother/son time. My grandson was here in another villa and it was great building sandcastles and playing on the playground. Thanks Sherry for providing such a wonderful home away from home these past few days.

We just loved our 2 weeks on the Island. We rented bikes and really enjoyed the gazillion bike trails and riding on the beach.The beach-wow! What a treat to walk it daily. There are so many shopping places, places to eat, and beautiful golf courses. We spent a day enjoying Savannah and another day going to Daufuskie Island. Learning to maneuver the streets of Hilton Head is an adventure of its' own. This villa(with Sherry's help) was very comfortable and fit our needs. We'll be back.....
