Oceanfront, oceanfront, oceanfront--there is nothing else like it. All else is just not oceanfront. Hang out on the award-winning beach or on the decks, they are both the same in South Bethany Beach: "The Best Little Beach in Delaware".
watch the dolphins, relax on the deck or lull yourself to sleep with the ocean waves. Wake up to beautiful sunrises. While the kids play in the sand, you can be active and swim, boogie board, kayak, surf fish or rent jet skis. nice sandy back yard between home and dune which is great for volleyball or just letting the kids play. Off shore fishing trips are readily available as well.
Large, single-family home with large decks on South Bethany Beach. Addition and rennovation completed june 2006. Think Big. The deck off living room is 33-by-13 feet, living room is 25-by-21 feet. Oceanfront bedrooms are 21-by-17 feet, 16-by-11 feet, 16-by-11 feet; other bedrooms are 14-by-11 feet, 12-by-11 feet, 10-by-11 feet. All bedrooms have king or queen beds and some have futon sofas as well.

Dining, living, TV area, bathrooms and beds fit 12 very comfortably, although there are sleeping areas for more. Prices listed are for up to 12 people and advance approval is needed for more than 12 guests.
South Bethany is a quiet beach town geared towards families. However, it is only a mile from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, 12 miles from Rehoboth/Dewey, four miles from Ocean City, MD and one-fourth of a mile by beach from Fenwick Island State Park.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. ABSOLUTELY NO CATS, DOGS OR OTHER PETS. THESE RULES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED! There is parking for five cars in the driveway and parking passes for two more cars in the street. A 50% deposit will hold your dates. The balance of rent, taxes and security deposit is due 60 days before check-in.
