Beautiful condo and location

We were impressed with how clean and spacious this condo was. The living room and kitchen have tons of natural light and a beautiful view onto the golf course. The lanai was a perfect place to sit and have a cup of coffee in the morning. The kitchen had everything we needed for 8 people and plenty of space. We really appreciated the extra snorkeling equipment, cooler, and beach towels too! This condo is within walking distance (10-15 minutes) of the Hilton Waikoloa Resort, which was great since we were all there for a conference. We did have one problem with the WiFi that wasn't working. This was a big issue for us since we were there on business and had to have internet access. Unfortunately, it took 5 days to resolve this issue with the on-island host, which we felt was way too long. The owner was very apologetic and gave us an extra free night, which was great and made up for the inconvenience. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful time at the Colony Villa 902. The decor was so tasteful and beautiful, the kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to cook every night for our family of five. There were board games for the kids and an added plus -- a piano for our 14 year old daughter, who was playing the piano in a concert at the Hilton Waikoloa the weekend we were there. We loved this place and will definitely come back again.

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Colony 902. The decor was sophisticated and pleasant. We were able to entertain a number of our friends and family who came to celebrate our son's wedding. It was most enjoyable rental experience we ever had. Anthony, Princeton NJ

We just spent a week in Colony Villa 902, and it was great! The house had everything the six of us (three generations) needed, including a very well equipped kitchen, where we did real cooking every night. Things looked at least as good in real life as in the pictures, and everything (from the washer/dryer to the broiler) worked. We did not take advantage of the extensive video library, but we made good use of the buggy boards, tennis rackets, sand toys, etc. that the hosts have provided. Highly recommended!
