Located on Sanibel Island, our Sanddollar unit is a large, 1600-square-foot, gulf-front condominium decorated in Florida beach style. It has three bedrooms and two full baths. Master bedroom has a king-size bed with private bath and sliding glass doors that open onto a 26-foot lanai. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. All three bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The Living Room has a Large Flat screen TV and DVD player. The unit sleeps six people. The 26-foot lanai opens up to the living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, and master bedroom giving a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico.
Sanddollar is a low-density complex consisting of three buildings, 12 units in each building with three floors. Access to the units is by elevator or stairs. Sanddollar is a family-friendly complex with a swimming pool, tennis courts, gas barbecue grills, and patio areas. Sanddollar is located on seven acres of lush tropical landscaping. Owners live on Sanibel Island and keep the Condo well maintained and updated.
