Located on Sanibel Island, our Sanddollar unit is a large, 1600-square-foot, gulf-front condominium decorated in Florida beach style. It has three bedrooms and two full baths. Master bedroom has a king-size bed with private bath and sliding glass doors that open onto a 26-foot lanai. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The unit sleeps six people. The 26-foot lanai opens up to the living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, and master bedroom giving a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico.
Sanddollar is a low-density complex consisting of three buildings, 12 units in each building with three floors. Access to the units is by elevator or stairs. Sanddollar is a family-friendly complex with a swimming pool, tennis courts, gas barbecue grills, and patio areas. Sanddollar is located on seven acres of lush tropical landscaping.
