Luxurious villa of 250 sq.m, 8 people, located in quiet residential area near the sea. 4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with toilet, fenced and landscaped garden of 1,700 sq.m with pool and heated jacuzzi, garden furniture on covered terrace, deck chairs, barbecue, etc. The villa has all mod cons, air conditioning in all bedrooms, secured gate, entry phone, alarm and safe. The most demanding customers will be satisfied. Central vacuum cleaner, counter current unit. Ping-pong table.
Possibility of renting independent apartment (optional) for baby sitter, housekeeper or grandparents, € 300 per week.
The owner is on site.
You can easily access the sea and town centre for pleasant strolls without using your vehicle. Access to the beach (1,2 km) without traffic on the beach of Croisette. Possibility of renting a boat (with or without license) in Saint Maxime harbour or going to St Tropez by shuttle or to the various surrounding islands. You will enjoy our seaside resort which kept its authenticity with its charming backstreets, craft market.

I would prefer to keep this wonderful villa of Francis and Claudie as my secret all to myself, but in all fairness I am writing to say my family and I had a most extraoridinary holiday at their beautiful house. You will find the ultimate in hospitality, generosity, and help with any needs. Ste Maxime is very, very beautiful, as are the friendly people there! Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans votre magnifique villa, il ne manquait rien à notre confort et à notre détente, vous êtes des propriétaires trés charmants et vous remercions pour votre acceuil et vos gentilles attentions!!!!! C'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons en vacances chez vous et nous recommandons votre villa, elle est proche de tout et située idéalement au calme!!!! Elle correspond entièrement à votre description sur le site, la vue de la piscine et du jardin éclairé le soir, était trop belle!!! Ste Maxime et ses environs sont des endroits à visiter, sans parler de st tropez qu'il faut voir au moins une fois, nous avons adoré Port grimaud, et notre journée bâteau ou nous avons longé la côte jusqu'à st raphael!!!!il y a tellement de choses à découvrir que nos vacances étaient trop courtes...Un restaurant que nous avons appréciez pour sa qualité et la gentillesse du personnel, c'est "L'hermitage" à ste Maxime!!!!!! Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette splendide villa et un seul regret celui de ne pas avoir loué plus longtemps !!! La villa est magnifique aussi bien a l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur ! Les installations sont fonctionnelles on ne manque de rien !!! Nous avons vraiment passé une semaine superbe et les propriétaires sont des personnes très accueillantes, disponibles mais tout en étant très discret ! Nous conseillons vivement cette villa aux personnes qui souhaitent un cadre idyllique et reposant !Owner response: Merci beaucoup , nous essayons de satisfaire au mieux nos locataires ,nous sommes content que votre sejour dans notre villa vous a charmé.A bientot

Villa magnifique, encore plus jolie que sur les photos. Piscine très bien, jaccuzi appréciable en soirée, maison très fonctionnel avec équipement de haut standing, jardin fleuri. Propriétaires très discret. Endroit calme et reposant pour les vacances et proche de la plage ou du centre ville (5 min en voiture). Nous reviendrons dès que nous le pourrons.
