Located on Sanibel Island, our Sanddollar unit is a large, 1500-square-foot, gulf-front condominium decorated in Florida beach style. It has two bedrooms and two full baths. Master bedroom has king-size bed with private bath and sliding glass doors that open on to a deck. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Queen-size sofa bed in living room. The 14-foot, gulf-front, screened-in lanai opens up to the living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen giving a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico.
Sanddollar is a low-density complex consisting of three buildings, 12 units in each building with three floors. Sanddollar is a family-friendly complex with a swimming pool, tennis courts, gas barbecue grills, and patio areas. Sanddollar is located on seven acres of lush tropical landscaping.
