Located on Sanibel Island, our Sanddollar unit is a large, 1500-square-foot, gulf-front condominium decorated in Florida beach style. It has two bedrooms and two full baths. Master bedroom has king-size bed with private bath and sliding glass doors that open on to a Lanai. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Queen-size sofa bed in living room. All Bedrooms have Flat Screen TV's. The Living Room has a large Flat Screen TV with a DVD Player. The 14-foot, gulf-front, screened-in lanai opens up to the living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen giving a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico.
Sanddollar is a low-density complex consisting of three buildings, 12 units in each building with three floors. Sanddollar is a family-friendly complex with a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, gas barbecue grills, and patio areas. Sanddollar is located on seven acres of lush tropical landscaping.
Access to unit by elevator and stairs.
The owners live on Sanibel and provide a well maintained and constantly up-dated condo.
