The beautiful Treasure Island Resort Condominium in Panama City Beach, Florida has one of the larger two bedroom floor plans (1370 sq ft) on the beach! Our 5th floor, two-bedroom unit can comfortably sleep six adults and two children.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and access to the large balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with views of the bay. There is a built-in bunk off the dining area and a full size pull-out sofa in the living room.
Both bedrooms have 20" LCD TVs with DVD players, wonderful ultra plush mattresses, and luxurious designer comforters. The living room has an L-shaped comfortable couch, a 32-inch HD TV with Comcast digital cable and DVR (TiVo), and high speed wireless internet connectivity
The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, a ten-foot granite counter area with stool seating, and a family room that opens up to a huge gulf-front balcony. The balcony has a glider on one end and a table and chairs on the other. The unit also has a washer and dryer in a separate utility area.
Please note that neither smoking nor pets are permitted at any time. Renters must be over 25 years of age.
Treasure Island is a family-friendly resort located in the exclusive Thomas Drive section of Panama City Beach and within easy walking distance of Saint Andrews Park. The complex has four high-speed elevators with 12 units on each floor and covered parking with covered walkovers to the condominium building. The other amenities you will enjoy include a large heated pool, kiddie pool, gazebo, sun deck, game room and a work-out facility overlooking the gulf!

Since the moment we walked into this condo, we felt like Kings and Queens. This condo was clean and well maintained and very spacious. Everything was top notch such as sheets and towels, and it had a fully stocked kitchen. The location was perfect, as we went during busy Spring Break time, but this was more of the family-friendly side of the beach. Lots of great seafood restaurants within a 5 mile radius. We drove into the parking structure right up to the 5th floor to load/unload our things. That was a big convenience. We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and relatives and we would love to stay here again!

Denise and George were great! Condo is comfortable and clean! Beds are great! View cannot be beat!! Decor is wonderful, kitchen well stocked, plenty of room. Would recommend this condo to anyone! There not enough good things that can be said about this wonderful condo in the space alloted here. Parking is excellent, easy access to restaurants and marinas, not to mention the State Park just down the road. We opened the door to find a finely appointed and spacious vacation home for us and our three teenagers to spend the first part of Spring Break. Everything works, and we could not ask for a nicer place to stay. The personel checking us in were more than just a little on the "tense" side, but maybe they were not looking forward to the week's up and coming festivities. We trailered our motorcycle down and had no problem with parking or security. The location of Treasure Island places you and the very East end of Panama City Beach, with very easy acess to Back Beach Road and North Lagoon (shortcut with little/no traffic to Pineapple Willy's) The owners can definately expect us to return just as soon as we can find the time off.

In at nutshell, this unit is at the perfect location on the beach (quiet, close to lots of restaurants and the state park) and it's the perfect unit. Good height (5th floor) positioned above the ocean and within a shout of the pool. It's clean. Super nice furnishings and very classy. We've been coming to this beach for years and it's by far the best experience we have had. Thank you.

We stayed here for Spring Break 2010 and had a great time. Condo was very nice with really comfortable beds. There were 7 of us and we felt we had plenty of room. We were able to park right on this level which was nice that we didn't have to wait for elevators.The balcony was huge, pool was also plenty big, beach was beautiful. Would definately stay here again, we loved everything about this place!

We had a wonderful time in Panama City, FL and our condo at #505 was perfect. I did not want up real high but not down too low as well. This level was great as we were able to park on the same floor and avoid the elevators. The designated parking spot is on level 2 but the undesignated spots were on our level. Made for easy load in and load out too. The view was beautiful and the condo was decorated equally beautiful. Internet access via wireless or wired was an asset as I could keep up with my emails for business and vacation at the same time. When the doors are closed this condo is virtually soundproof. No outside noise was heard. This was the July 4th week and is was supposed to be the busiest week of the year. We did experience crowds in some places but did not feel overly congested at this end of the island. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone considering a stay at Panama City and/or Treasure Island.
