The second bedroom has two brand new Seally Posturepedic twin beds with 32" flat screen HDTV and DVD player. The family room has a queen size sleeper sofa with a 47" HDTV, DVD and VCR. Of course, there is high speed wireless internet and 200 cable stations! If you are interested in eating in, the kitchen is equipped for a gourmet cook.

In November 2008, the resort completed a four year, 10 million dollar reconstruction project. All building exteriors have been rebuilt with new stucco, doors, windows, patios, landscaping and exterior lighting. The resort is well-known for its friendly atmosphere and a full-time on-site condominium staff. Every renter will receive a personalized information guide listing our favorite family restaurants, "things to do" on and off the island, and general information about the condo and surrounding area. This guide will help you feel more like a "local".
Only minutes away by car are excellent restaurants and world-class shops, restaurants, and galleries of St. Armands Circle. Sarasota's theatre and cultural district is only a ten minute drive. Nearby, Sarasota and Bradenton offer more than 50 golf courses. Bike, jog or walk the ten mile long paved path along Gulf of Mexico Drive or walk the 10 mile long beach.

Why the Owner Chose Sand Cay Beach
We fell in love with the view of the Gulf from the condo. Out of the 30+ condos we previewed before purchasing, our condo had the nicest floor plan with the greatest view of the beach from almost every room. I also liked the feeling of security and the friendliness of the resort.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The view of the Gulf of Mexico from the condo is outstanding! Our family loves to sit out on the patio and enjoy meals or drinks while we view the beach. The condo is a ground floor, end unit with no buildings or obstuctions to block your view of the Gulf. All resort amenities (swimming pool, tennis court, shuffleboard, etc.) are located further into the condominium complex; close enough to be very convenient yet just far enough for privacy sake. There is a lot of lawn area surrounding the condo making the unit feel more like a private home.

Rented the condo for the month of February, impressed by the decorations and furnishings. I was so clean it looked like we were the first persons to rent it after it was remolded. Everything need to live there was supplied, the appliances and utensils were all top shelf. Several restaurants and stores are in walking distance. Great condo and location.

Every thing was great and just as expected from the web site. Wonderful views and wild life. CONDO, !! Beach was less than 200 ft away, 8 miles long, clean and no people !! Walks, swim and bike with lots of great restaurants close at hand. Nice Pool.

The Sand Cay Beach Resort was truly an excellent and well appointed complex with all the amenities you could ask for. The condo itself was a real gem, in that you have the beach right out there just a few steps from the unit. Everything was perfect and we will be back again, thank you.

The condo totally met all our expectations. It was very clean and was very well equipped with everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We couldn't ask for a better veiw, just steps to the beach and the sunsets were beautiful! Hope to stay next year!

This Sand Cay condo is perfect in every way! We have been visiting Sarasota for years and have stayed all over but will look no further. They are not kidding when they say the beach is 100 ft away...you wake up every morning, make coffee in the well equipped kitchen and sit on the patio staring at the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. This condo is perfect for a family, we have 3 young kids... there are sand toys, an umbrella, floats (even a boat float that my boys never left), noodles, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, tennis court, renovated pool area, shuffleboard, bbq grills...you name it, they have it. We were lucky to find this gem and will return as soon as we can! Thank you Marina!!
