Adorned with all the conveniences of home, all counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms are granite, all hardware is upgraded, and all showers and tubs are beautifully tiled. The home also features luxury mattresses and bedding. Flat screen TV’s are in the two master bedrooms and a large screen TV with DVD is in the Family Room Entertainment Center. High Speed Wireless Internet and a printer/fax are provided, so bring your laptop.
A large Kitchen/Dining/Family Room occupies most of the first floor. The kitchen features stainless appliances and large work surfaces. A powder room plus the Master Bedroom suite with a king-size bed, sliding doors to the patio, walk-in closet and full shower share the first floor. The second floor features a second Master Bedroom with a queen-size bed and full bathroom, a third bedroom with a full-size bed, a fourth bedroom with two twin beds plus a second bathroom in the hall featuring a shower/tub combination. The laundry room, featuring high capacity front loading appliances, is also located on the second floor. Of course an outdoor shower provides even more flexibility for a family to quickly recover from a day at the beach. Beach accessories provided (towels, chairs, cooler).
Paver driveway provides parking, with additional guest parking on the cul-de-sac.
