  This is our third year returning to North Coast Village. The first two years we stayed in other units. There is no comparision. We love this unit. It is super clean with a spectacular view of the ocean. The owner is very easy to deal with and quick to answer any questions. She has made certain that everything you need for an extended stay is there, including beach chairs, sand toys, cooler on wheels, etc. Having two beds is an added bonus. We would highly recommend this condo and know you would enjoy your stay.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

  We had a wonderful time at this rental in Oceanside. Linda was wonderful to work with- she responded quickly to all our questions and provided a clean, beautiful condo to rent for a great price. The view from the balcony of the gardens below and the ocean on the horizon is great. The beach, a 1/2 block walk away, is beautiful with flecks of gold in the sand, long/flat entry to the water (great for kids!) and beautiful sand dollars to pick up. The whole area surrounding the complex is safe, clean, and family friendly. The condo complex itself was just beautiful- the gardens are immaculately maintained, the pool/hot tub were wonderful, and the kids loved feeding the Koi. The homeowners office workers were so pleasant on the phone and in person. The unit itself has everything you need for a wonderful vacation! We loved the beach chairs and toys, and we so excited to have Netflix on demand and WiFi to use at our leisure. We had wonderful weather the whole week, so we weren't inside too much, but when we were- it was a lovely place to stay. We went to San Diego Zoo (1/2 hour drive), Legoland (5-10 min), and Disneyland (1 hr to parking areas) while we were there. It was a wonderful vacation. I would highly recommend this condo and would love to stay there again in the future. Thanks!

  just loved living in this property has everything need.. walk in with your beach towel and groceries as I was told is absolutly true... very very nice and clean property. Sure we'll visit again and again and rent this property.

  Owner response: Most of our vacationers have come back year after year. Glad to add such a nice family to our club of returnees. We love it too. It restores you just being there and looking at the ocean, hearing the waves.

  The condo was clean, up to date, had everything we needed, and had plenty of room. We saved a bunch over the costs of hotels and eating out for our family's Disneyland / Sea World vacation. The breakfast bar on the balcony facing the ocean was an added bonus! It had one of the better views from the complex. North Coast Village was perfect for the family. Owners were easy to contact and answered all our questions promptly. Will definately use it again.

  Our last evening! Has been a wonderful month with glorious sun and sunsets to die for. We have enjoyed our stay immensley. The condo is clean, bright and very comfortable beds. Convenient walks to Pier and Harbor and of course the beach is only 1/2 block away.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

  This was our first visit to Southern California. I would highly recommend this unit and this resort complex to any of my Pennsylvania friends who travel to California. The view was spectacular, the grounds were gorgeous, and the room was quiet and comfortable. The location was central to all of our sightseeing destinations.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing.

  We stay in "the condo" one week each year. We love it! It is always immaculately clean and you can always count on a great night's sleep as the beds are super comfortable. I always feel like I'm in a resort when I'm there because the grounds are kept so nicely. Our kids have a blast, too. I highly recommend this fantastic deal.
