Villa Melissa is a detached villa with private pool set in lawned gardens and sea views. The sandy beach of Katelios, with its waterfront tavernas and bars, is just a few minutes' walk. The villa sleeps from 2 to 4 people and whilst being close to the sea it remains private and secluded. Panoramic views from the villa take in the local countryside and sea beyond.

Layout: The front door opens into an open plan living/dining room with kitchen. Two sets of French windows lead out to the shaded patio area overlooking the gardens and private swimming pool. The villa is ideal for a romantic holiday as well as for families. The gardens are lawned and fully enclosed creating a safe environment for children.

Living Area and Kitchen: The living room has a comfortable sofa with cosy fireplace and TV. The French windows lead out onto a shaded patio area with bamboo sofa, chair and table, with lawned gardens at the front and swimming pool to the side. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The fully fitted kitchen includes a full cooker, microwave oven, large dishwasher and fridge. The dining area has a large dining table with 6 chairs.

Additional Information: • Our property is managed by a local company who are there to help you during your holiday.
• You will be provided with their 24 h emergency number and (at your request) our local agent will come and visit you.
• We provide detailed driving instructions (with photos and GPS Location) to the property.
• Inside the property is an information book giving useful tips and advice to help you make the most of your holiday and the surrounding area.

There are two air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has double bed, dressing table with mirror and plenty of storage space in built in wardrobes. The bedroom is fully air conditioned and has French doors leading out to a private area of the garden.
