Nestled upon an olive clad hillside this charming stone built property enjoys a tranquil location accessed via a track road and is ideal for those wishing to get away from it all. The interior is of exceptionally high standard and the pool, along with sea views, is a delight.
Layout: The entrance opens into the living area with stone features including a large archway into the kitchen. Also on the ground floor are 2 twin bedrooms with large family bathroom. An internal staircase leads upstairs to the master bedroom suite with bathroom, which occupies the whole of the upper floor. From the bedroom, doors open to a beautiful sunny balcony with views over the pool and sea beyond.
Living area and kitchen: The lounge has traditional stone walls, helping to keep it cool during the summer months. Modern sofas, along with antique items create a welcoming atmosphere. The main sofa becomes an extra bed if required. The modern kitchen is fully fitted and equipped, complimented by an outside BBQ, perfectly suited to catering at home.

• You will be provided with their 24 h emergency number and (at your request) our local agent will come and visit you.
• We provide detailed driving instructions (with photos and GPS Location) to the property.

A lovely villa, situated only a short drive from Rethymnon with the smaller town of Platanes only a couple of minutes away. The villa is well equipped and has a very pleasant outside space. There is a play area that will keep smaller children entertained. Free Wi Fi was invaluable when travelling with teenage children. During our stay linen and towels were changed twice weekly, and Kostas the owner attended to the pool and outside area daily. He was very attentive to our needs and it was reassuring to know the owner was available if needed. Thank you Kostas for showing us your museum, which was a delight to see.
