Nice family owned townhome. This is not a high-rise. Front door entry is ground level. There are 23 town homes in this complex. No units above or below you. Step off of the back porch and you are on the beach. Park at the front door. We are located on the family oriented west end of Panama City Beach and we cater to families.
We are located 5-6 miles from the new Pier Park area featuring Margaritaville, Tootsies Two, dozens of shops and restaruants. We are one mile from Lake Powell and we are very near the Walton County line and have easy access to all the restaurants and shopping in Walton Co.(Sea Side, Rosemary Beach) and Sandestin.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent from us and we do not allow pets or smoking.
