First floor four bedroom three bath condominium poolside at Adagio on Highway 30A in Blue Mountain Beach -the highest point on the entire Gulf Coast. First floor unit in Building G. Building G is closest to beach--our unit is one unit from end of building on beach end. No hauling groceries, luggage or beach stuff up stairs or onto elevators. The kids step off the patio and are at the pool. The Beach is just a few more steps away.
Spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach highway 30A. Fabulous restaurants all along 30A in nearby Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them just one block away from Adagio. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.
Sony in wall surround sound home theatre in living area and in wall stereo/CD throughout. High-speed internet access and wireless internet provided. King, Queen and Twin bedrooms plus a bunk-room that sleeps two more. 10-foot ceilings with crown molding; Viking stainless steel appliances, travertine tile floors, granite counter tops. Viking gas grill and charcoal grill just a few steps out our front door. The patio is shaded in the afternoons and is a great place to nap with the relaxing sounds of the pool’s fountains and waterfalls. If eating in, the patio is also especially relaxing because of the proximity of the pool.
Two Spectacular Pools--The 1700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge that overlooks the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The large pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck (measuring the length of a football field) includes sun and shaded areas with lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center overlooks the pool. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with a separate entrance to the patio. The Master Bath has tumbled marble, dual vanity countertops, an oversized whirlpool tub and double-headed glass showers with built-in seating and tumbled marble walls and floor. Second bedroom has a Queen bed; Third bedroom has twin bed; and fourth bedroom has bunk beds.
The fitness center overlooking the pool is equipped with state of the art cardio and weight equipment including free weights.
Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf.
This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.
