The home sits back behind the beach front homes, but you are close enough so that you can still hear the sounds of the ocean. Also you have the benefit of already being on the ocean side of the Coast Highway so that getting to the miles of beautiful sandy beaches is very easy... just walk along a nice path straight to the beach without having to worry about crossing.
Relax and enjoy the fresh ocean air from your own family room while looking out at the blue Pacific Ocean where dolphin & whale sightings are common. From the moment you walk in the door you will feel the cool and refreshing sea breezes and the tension of daily life will come off of your shoulders. The home's classic California beach theme and décor sets the mood for your fun and enjoyable beach experience. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you would want in your own vacation home including beach amenities. The spacious family room, kitchen and dining table is on the second floor with an ocean view deck. The quiet master bedroom is located on the ground floor with a comfortable king size bed and French doors that open up to the private tropical patio and garden.   • This town-home was an excellent place for our family (2 adults, 2 children, ages 6 & 10) while we were vacationing last week. We were completely satisfied with the accomodations and really enjoyed our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find boogie boards, sand toys, and beach chairs available for our use. Everything was clean and in working order. We highly recommended this listing.
