This unit,the LARGEST one bedroom floor plan in the Luau complex, is located on the BEACHSIDE of the exclusive Sandestin Beach, Golf and Tennis Resort. Its breathtaking views of the GULF OF MEXICO from the seventh floor and convenient access to the beach, makes it a very unique unit. And it's just a short walk to the beach and Finz Restuarant.
The unit is beautifully decorated with a designer touch and ceramic tile. The unit is 1BR/1BA with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchen, dining area, and living area. TV's in both living area and bedroom. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors provide access to a balcony with spectacular views of the Gulf. The balcony faces East so you can enjoy watching the sun come up with your first cup of coffee in the morning.
Enjoy all the activities of the resort's 2400 acres activities and amenities abound! With 72 holes of golf, as well as a full service teaching facility, 14 tennis courts, a full service spa and fitness center, a 98 slip marina with available jet ski and kayak rentals, and kid friendly activities, there is certainly something for everyone! As if that isn't enough, we unashamedly boast the world's most beautiful beaches.
In addition, the new Village of Baytowne Wharf, on the bayside of the resort, brings another dimension to Sandestin's incredible popularity. The Village offers much life and entertainment for the whole family. The choices of restaurants abound. Music plays every night in the square or the Village Door night club or the new Rum Runners, dualing piano bar.

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period

We had such a great time at this wonderful condo. The ease of getting into and out of the condo does not compare to a hotel. No lines and no waiting. The view from the condo was great and an easy walk to the beach. The place was quiet and the people friendly. We would highly recommend. We will do it again very soon.

We couldn't have been happier w/ this condo. Perfect location- steps from ocean. Modern and clean and everything needed for a romantic getaway. We will definitely be back next year. Only one minor complaint-couch was not comfortable & vacuum cleaner did not work (yes I like to vacuum) Very small inconvenience in comparison to everything else being perfect.

What a delight it was to walk into this beautiful condo! Decorated tastefully, great view, and wonderful owners! My husband is military and came home to visit for two weeks. We looked everywhere for a place to stay for the weekend and came across this welcoming condo. It was perfect and served all of our needs. The owners are local and are such a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Greg & Jennifer!! We will be back again!
