Our condominium is a top floor unit with the MOST SPECTACULAR VIEW OF THE GULF. The Pictures don't do it justice. Directly in front of you as you enter the balcony, the entire Gulf opens up.
The bunk room is just great for kids with a private bathroom and Walk-in ceramic shower. The Queen pull-out couch is a quality, spring mattress with down mattress pad. Our retired guests love it, so do our young families.

This is an excellent place --especially for kids -- just down the beach from Destin --all the convience but not much of the crowd -- walk to the beach boardwalk for food or night life -- don't even need your car -- the new walk-way over the highway is completed, so whether you want to go across to the bay-side for the lazy river or stay on the gulf side its up to you -- the gym is free to guests and an excellent facility
